Staff is not listed under appointment details so there is no option to select staff performing the service

I am having a hard time understanding how this app can be so close to being good and yet it is so bad. Why don't you ask people in the field what is needed instead of asking computer techs to slap something together for you? 1) Where is the estimate option for those that work in Service and don't have a sale yet? 2) Is there an easy way to assign a team member to the estimate? 3) Can I see what team members are assigned to what jobs on the calendar after the work is completed? 4) What do we do if the customer wants to give us a check instead of a CC# ? 5) Is there a place where we can place a business logo on the app when the customer is looking over the estimate? Reach me if you need help making this a usable app.
How do I set up a signed BAA?
Do clients see personal calendar information when Google calendar is imported? Or does it just appear as unavailable time?
they can't see it it just shows as not available
What happened to the visibility & display feature? It vanished, can't find anywhere!!

What about classes where multiple people book for one class?
You can not use Square Appointments to schedule classes or group bookings at this time. Here are some FAQs about Square Appointments squ.re/31Asshv. However, you can create Square Online Checkout links to collect payments for classes or events (squ.re/37TZU3X).

My problem with Appointments is somebody will book on a time, but the time will they still be available? How do I fix that

I can't even find where to edit my business hours on the square appointment website it's driving me crazy
You can set up your business hours from the Square Dashboard under Account & Settings > Business Information > Location squ.re/3RxzHiI. If you continue to have any issues please let us know.
@@square that just changes the hours that my website shows I'm open. It doesn't do anything for people trying to book on a day I can't change the hours for on the booking app
@NewBootGoofin Business Hours control what is displayed at the top of your main booking site page and specify the hours of operation for your business. They can be set from your Location settings in your online Square Dashboard squ.re/3ebdtFh.
Staff Hours control when you are bookable by your clients. You can edit staff availability for individual staff members at any time from the Staff page squ.re/3O1qNbv. You can also customize availability by staff members to make one-off changes to schedules on a weekly basis squ.re/3Q5O5y0.
Note: Changes made to staff hours don’t affect your overall business hours.

@@veronicadelcid5828 they FROOZE $4,000.00 of my money for NO REASON, WORSE, THE ONLY NUMBER THEY HAVE DOES NOT WORK, IT INSTRUCTS YOU TO MESSAGE THEM WHICH I TRIED BUT THEY NEVER EVER RESPONDED..I HAVE REPORTED SQUARE TO CA ATTORNEY GENERAL...ITS BEEN 7 MONTHS AND I CANT EVEN CALL TO ASK THEM WHY...BEWARE, I KNOE A COUPLE OTHER BUSINESS LIKE MINE THAT HAD SQUARE FREEZE UP FUNDS WITHOUT REASON
