Do you know how to book multiple people into one time slot? I have a tutoring business and need to book 4 to 5 kids into one time slot but cannot seem to find how to do that? Thank you so much.
Great video and very helpful. I am currently setting up my sqaure appointment for my basketball training business. I am struggle with how to make it available for multiple people to book the same time for a group workout. Do you have any tips? Or would I have to just manually input it?
Does square appointments allow clients to schedule an appointment on their own yes but can I set it up so that two or more cleaners will be notified of the appointment at once?
Thanks, setting up a POS system for a Gym and this helped a lot. I imagine everything syncs up on your square dashboard for online bookings and POS in store bookings, that right?

Hi! I was wondering about the assign color to an appointment, I have set different colors for all services, but when I view my calendar on my phone, it only show one color for all my appointments.. how to change them to view different colors for different services? Thank you for your help! ❤
I need an app that will allow a customer to fill out a basic intake form, select service and book appointment, and pay for it while integrating with square. Why does Square not allow us to modify "Additional info" / rename it and mandate it gets filled out. Anyone know of an integrating app that does all of these things? There are quite a few that book and pay but no form, or a form and pay with no booking.
its mind boggling why the appointments app is not integrated with the main app. i do appointments from my PC and can see the same appointment on the app. but i have to ring it separately so I can use my card scanner. I am sure this is because square wants to continue their nickel and dime philosophy. just integrate the apps already.

Would I be able to use Square appointments for my Clients to book even if I don’t take payments on Square???
Yes, you are able to use Square appointments without the payments.
