Hank is a pretty big guy, and pelicans are intimidating as is. Imagining one the size of Hank is horrifying. Conversely, Hank is also quite a skinny guy, and is about as intimidating as a week old puppy. Four miniature Hanks wouldn't scare anyone.
And it's not like she has to fight the real Hank, just four small versions of him. So really, she's probably saving him from some villain who kidnapped him and has a malfunctioning cloning device.
I mean, I think it's mostly the fact that a Hank-sized pelican sounds waaaay more fearsome than even a Hank-sized Hank. I'd choose the same thing just to avoid the pelican.
If I remember correctly, Katherine’s answer to the question from the 5th anniversary video of “How do you like being married?” was “Ask me in another ten years.” I think we’re gonna need that answer now lol Congrats, you two! Blessings for many more happy years (and Pizzamases) together! 💚✨

Also to go way too into the spherical pizza question, many years ago I hosted the Mathematical Foods Index, which almost but did not become a book like 14 years ago, and theoretical pizza topology was and remains a vibrant topic. But I contend that if pizza were spherical, we are in 4d, in which case we want the toppings to be on the top. Not the outside of the sphere, which is the crust. Just as in a normal everyday pizza, which is a circle, the circle doesn't have toppings attached to the outside edge like flower petals as if we were trapped in a 2d plane. The toppings on an everyday circle pizza are not inside a hollow circle. The everyday pizza circle exists in 3d, so it can have toppings on the top. From a 2d perspective, the toppings are scattered through the middle of the circle, and the outside is the crust. Likewise, a pizza sphere is of course a solid 3d ball of dough perfectly flattened in 4d to a thin crispy perfection in NY hyperplane style---but the toppings should be evenly distributed across the sphere on the top side, except the very outside of the sphere, which is the crust. The other side of the pizza sphere will be toppingless because it is the bottom, blackened and just slightly crispy from baking at high temperature on the flat 3d floor of the hypercubical pizza oven, crispy and delicious throughout the entire sphere (but on the bottom side). About 10 years ago, Hank and Katherine played Super Mario Bros with friends popping in and out (shout out to Michael!!!)… anytime I started to get a depressive episode or anxiety attack, I’d just watch these videos for hours… it was a total reset. My fave taskmaster person is Victoria CM for sure! I love how she tries to be smart and rational but the chaos of the show often works against her making it goofy af.

Happy anniversary! The Universe is Weird is one of my favorite Hank songs too. I got to hear it live at Slims. I couldn’t stick around long enough to get Hank’s autograph at the end of the show but in the middle I went back over to the booth and super awkwardly asked for Katherine & Chyna’s autographs.
Last video i commented that Henry’s “yes i get the joke but why?” should be merch before noticing that it already was, so now i’d like to request “why is pizza john everywhere?” Even if not a direct quote by Orin, i think it really captures the same vibe, and i look forward to Alice’s contribution next 🤣

Katherine and Hank together are just the best! I get so excited every time I get to watch/listen to them together. Occasionally I go back to watch Hank and Katherine play Super Mario Brothers Wii because it’s just so good!

Bob Mortimer was the funniest, no doubt, but the objective best was definitely Victoria Coren Mitchel. She learned to ride a bicycle on camera, and solved a puzzle meant to be a group task all by herself!
