Oh I have been following this channel so long I remember the clay and the snow lol and you adding loads of spent mushroom compost. That's so telling where you plan to put the pond how much you have improved the soil over the years! P.s. I am still in mourning for the stream 😂

I’m so excited to have found your channel! I’m in western Pennsylvania in the US so definitely not tropical but I’ve been searching for hardy tropical-like plants for my landscape that can stand our climate , now zoned 6b. I look forward to watching your videos for ideas & tips. Your garden looks amazing!

That Begonia is stunning! Also early enough to sprout if you see them above the ground already :) I was told my Grandis won't come up until may

Your Garden is looking great. I live in New Zealand the 5 finger pseudopanax is a popular indoor, entrance or patio plant. I live on the edge of a commercial forest, where the Pseudopanax varieties grow wild under the tree canopies. So beautiful

That sounds very beautiful, we’d love to visit NZ one day to see so many of our favourite plants thriving in the wild. Thanks for watching 😀

Good morning Craig! Your garden is looking fantastic! I love that Purple Fantasy!! I have never seen one before 😊 I am adding the Cigar Plant to my garden this year, along with a couple new to me Salvias. I am gardening in zone 9b Texas Gulf Coast area. The past few days have been in the mid 80's lows in the 50's (F) loving it! Thank you for sharing your beautiful garden. Take care.

I haven't commented for a while but I have been trying to grow kapok trees, they've seeded well but not grown very quickly, have you ever tried Cape gooseberry it doesn't look very tropical but atleast it does give a lot of fruit

    Garden looking good,however a slight correction,Persicaria
Purple Fantasy will run,I had it last year apearing a metre away from the parent plant,it even attempted to colonise one of my tree ferns.

Thanks, we’ve not experienced root runners in our garden, only rooting stems. Plants will behave differently in different locations though! Thanks for watching 😀

Would placing an Eriobotrya Japonica in a pretty open spot be pushing my luck? I had it in mind for 1 specific spot, but it would have 0 shelter at the stem if I don't plant other hardy plants around it.. I suppose having it by the fence is another very essential part to it's survival? In most Dutch webshops of growers, it is listed as a plant that prefers a sheltered spot.. I live in NL and also had around -5 in the garden at the lowest this winter
