Hi Aviana, I think that you are the same Aviana who answered my emails to Jones Road during 2021. I am the "older" person who told you that I had stopped wearing eye makeup for many years, but had gotten back into it. In my emails my main concern at the time was eyeliner. You were so good at getting back to me with very good and thoughtful suggestions, and very honest too. Anyway, not too long ago I was very pleased to come across your channel. I think that I've watched most of your videos and am always interested in any that you post. Since my corresponding with you, I've consumed a lot of makeup info from RUclips and it's been interesting. I like the Jones Road aesthetic, but have shied away from trying any of the skincare and face makeup; although I'm 70 now, I can still get an acne type pimple and must be extremely careful about what I put on my face. Several of the Jones Road facial products contain ingredients that contain potentially pore clogging ingredients . Do you have any thoughts about this? I've used products that contain questionable ingredients, such as LaRoche Posay's double repair moisturizer, without having a problem. But still, I am anxious to take chances with Jones Road. I've checked many of the reviews on the website, but I can't get a clear idea if people who are prone to blemishes have had success with the face makeup (miracle balm, wtf foundation, blush, etc.). BTW, love "The Best pencil", and since speaking with you, own 4 shades and the dark brown shadow to line with .Only problem with the pencils - when you're my age, it's difficult to apply enough pressure to the eyelid to get sufficient pigment. But I love the finish of these pencils as opposed to the very popular gel type pencils or kajals on the market today. They can get very messy and IMO are difficult to control. P.S. I subscribed immediately when I found you. I hope that more people will do so 😊
Hi Andrea! Thank you so much for your support, it really means a lot to me :) Yes - I'm one of the Customer Experience Members at Jones Road - so I'm sure we've chatted. (I've been there 3 years now!) I'm sorry to hear you're struggling with certain ingredients on your skin. I personally have dry, acne-prone skin and haven't had any issues with our Miracle Balm, Face Pencils, and WTFoundation etc. I don't use the Face Pencils and WTFoundation daily though. However, I use our Miracle Balm every day. I also use a generous amount (more than recommended) and haven't had any issues with it clogging pores. It's also rare that clients reach out to us mentioning that they've broken out to the "skin" products. The Face Pencils and Miracle Balm's first ingredient is Castor Oil which is good for all skin types, including sensitive and breakout-prone skin and is known to have antimicrobial properties. As for the skincare, so many Jones Road employees love our skincare. We find it to be really underrated and fairly priced compared to other brands. My personal favorite skincare from JRB would be the Eye Cream, Hippie Stick, and Light Moisture Cream. If you end up giving it a try and you're not loving it or have a reaction, Jones Road would be happy to refund you right away without asking for the product back too! I hope this helps!
Thank you so much Aviana. Great to hear from you and know that you're the same Aviana :) Your feedback is so helpful. Funny you should mention the eye cream because I have been interested in it for quite some time; I think that I'll give it a go. I live in NYC, so I would like to eventually go to the Jones Road store in Greenwich Village. I think that I will definitely take a chance with some of the face makeup and skincare. I am very optimistic about it after reading your reply. Looking forward to your future videos and will check out what others I may have missed.@@avianawyall
You look great with the makeup you put on. It's a LOT of different products to have to put on, and you do a great job with it! I'm not sure I have the patience to do all this myself. But I'll give what I have another try and also get some colors that you suggested. Thanks for a great video tutorial!
You don't need to do every step I did in this video! I just included them in case you have any of the products at home (Jones Road has so many different products at this point!) This also takes me less than 10 minutes to do when I'm not talking through it! So, even though it feels like a lot, it can be done fairly quick. Feel free to reach out if you need any additional support.
I have a question about the WTF foundation? Why does it have tiny pieces of what I call grit in it? It doesn’t blend into face and I have to pick pieces off my face? I have several of Jones Hill products which I love but this foundation doesn’t seem right to me.
When/where did you purchase the foundation? It shouldn't have any granules to it. There are some third party sites like Amazon and Walmart have been selling bad foundations (JRB doesn't sell anywhere other than online and JRB stores). So they are also selling them illegally.
Subscribe Done Dear Sister. I hope you are very well. Your content ideas are excellent. But your videos do not have much engagement. and need a proper searchable video tag set up to reach the targeted area and audience. Your SEO score is much lower. Can I share with you some plans for increasing views and subscribers organically?

You should contact JRB to determine if it’s not right. They have excellent customer support.
