True i do mindful breathing for 1 year now. It saved my life in some ways. I was a very stressed person every day i had medication for 23 years. I smoked weed everyday I stopped it. And i did Meditate for a year now. im 24 almost 25. Im a Hole different person. Calm peaceful and happy and grateful and Mindful. Mindful breathing is the key that everyone needs.
