    Breathing helps me when I Run and work out through my body with force then slowly slow down and then sit how you're sitting my father setting was like that and how we sit to this day and move with work out is my one enjoy the feeling is out of this world just love it ❤

    True i do mindful breathing for 1 year now. It saved my life in some ways. I was a very stressed person every day i had medication for 23 years. I smoked weed everyday I stopped it. And i did Meditate for a year now. im 24 almost 25. Im a Hole different person. Calm peaceful and happy and grateful and Mindful. Mindful breathing is the key that everyone needs. Love to everyone have a happy and peaceful day 🥳💯🔥
