    Thing is i personally have ocd that is interfering in my daily life. But my compulsions are mental .. and i have no behavior towards my thoughts. I feel stuck all the time

      Melissa, Only if thought rumination affects your internal health a visit to the psychologist may be needed. Heal yourselg. Your breath is directly related to your mind [brain] causing negative thoughts-anxiety-stress. For a relaxed life sit on a chair, back erect, hands on lap with palms upwards, eyes closed, be still and observe your natural incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for around 10-15 minutes. Be as still as possible. Many thoughts will come which is ok--slowly negative thoughts will reduce and your mind will relax. During your daily activity keep observing your breath consciously. Best part is mood swings also reduce. Do the above meditation daily to feel relaxed. For more healing enter the following on google search and listen before sleep repeating the affirmations for 10 minutes in your mind. -“52Hz affirmations for health and healing you tube”.     I’ve been working through your app and finished the 21 day cycle and thought I was supposed to only read the affirmation statement out loud one time a day for the following 42 days and not 7x a day as you mentioned here. Did I misunderstand?

    I’m a little confused you said your ocd was caused by childhood forgetting an oven on or something but how do you actually stop the ocd .. is it by remembering when it first started ??

    is ruminating a bad thing? i always ruminate about what i have studied and lectures i have received from my teachers. it helps me build strong memory about what i learned and perform at my peak levels in the class.

Some time in my dreams I told myself it’s a dream and asked myself is it a dream until I woke up and realized it was a dream. And many time I dreamt of the same dreams.     I’ve been struggling with sexually intrusive thoughts. I’ve tried multiple cycles but I haven’t been disciplined enough to see them through. I’m going to try again. Could you suggest an example of an active reach for dealing sexually intrusive thoughts?

      Yes! The tricky part is discerning whether an issue is neurological or spiritual. My husband has severe OCD and we've been to at least 5 deliverance ministers, and no amount of casting out demons has helped because his issue is neurological, but I do believe the devil is a predator and will attack people with mental issues, so if you discern the enemy by all means cast it out, but if nothing happens maybe it is more than a demon.
