    Another great one. What’s the best way of cooking the apples with the same colour, but without the sugar?

      @sirleto1974 Год назад +2

      The whole nature is the desert is the caramel. You have to use sugar.

    How is it , you can put a cold or room temp cast iron pan into a hot oven , without it cracking ?

    • @mahmut123456
      @mahmut123456 Год назад

      isn’t that how things are cooked in general?

    • @reddog907
      @reddog907 Год назад

      @@mahmut123456 I have read and was told never put cold cast iron into a hot oven it could crack , like a pizza stone you put a cold stone into a cold oven then turn on the heat or it will crack.

      Apart from whether it's a valid concern or not, it's not like it'll be cold, or even room temp, because those apples won't be particularly cold.

    Jesus - why are you trying to bake this dessert at the temperature of the sun? 300 degrees holy shit. It'll burn to a crisp so fast. Please dont follow his temperature recommendation guys - it'll ruin your dessert faster than a speeding bullet.
    Ive tried 220 C for pastry and it ruined everything. Always stick to 180 C for pastry and let it cook slowly. It takes time but turns out a beautiful golden pastry.
