Those rubber grommets are valve stem oil seals. Cool solution and makes the car feel even more old school as that's the kind of thing I used to do on my muscle cars back in the 70's. Keep the good content coming brother!
Great video, I really like the music. I have been debating doing the struckbars specially the one in the back because I don't want to ruin the carpet. I'm still debating. Thanks for the video👍
Thanks! I hated to cut the carpet but the performance is worth it for me. I've thought about buying a couple new pieces of carpet just in case I ever want to put it back. Nice ride BTW!
No problem bro! I've been a little lazy on the uploads lately anyway! 🤣🤣🤣 But I've got some cool shit coming up! 💯🔥💯 Good to hear from you brother! 😈👍😈
Great video. I'm definitely getting both the front and rear strut tower bars for my challenger srt8. Sometimes I go visit family and I have to drive over this small mountain with it's winding roads. I'm hoping for better turns more stiffness and a little better acceleration doesn't hurt either. Keep raising some hell man. 😎👍
It did man! Handles like a different car! I ran the Tail of the Dragon in it down in TN last weekend. It was bad ass! Congrats on 1000 subs bro! That's awesome!
Thank you brother! 🙏🙏🙏I appreciate the positive feedback! I wish it came a little lower from the factory like maybe an inch or so. These cars look mean when they're lowered a bit, but I don't plan on lowering it. Don't want to worry about scraping the front splitter or ruining the ride.
My video goes up tomorrow. Check it out. But yes I noticed the exact same thing as you but I do hear a creak sometimes when I pull into the driveway at an angle.
I hated to cut the carpet but I think it's well worth the improvement. I might buy a couple pieces of new carpet just in case I ever want to put it back.
So I just had to remove my bmr front brace...apparently, when the engine "twist" on hard acceleration, it is causing the box on top of the engine where the line for the oil catch can is, to push against the front bmr bar. Had almost completely worn thru the rubber. I did not want to risk it causing damage to that box attached to the top of the motor.
It's coming up bro! I'll have 5 or 6 videos I'm making from that weekend. The Gatlinburg cruise should be the 3rd video in the series. Thanks for tuning in man! I appreciate it! Hope you guys had a good time down there!
Yeah it would be nice. But I think the BMR braces are quite a bit beefier than the Mopar braces I've seen so it's all good. Thanks for watching bro, I appreciate it!

Yeah I've had them so long I forgot what they were for. Lol. Gotta do what works! Thanks for watching!
Honestly the wide body challenger is my favorite looking car
Thanks brother! 🙏🙏🙏 Me too! 🤣🤣🤣
Just changed all 4 sway bar end links. Can't wait to get my strut brace.
Awesome! How do the new links feel?

@@CCAutoWorks Hell yeah!
I’ve just installed the Drake 3 point strut tower. Have you seen them? It’s a work of art.
I just Googled it. Looks pretty nice man. I bet it's sturdy as fuck!
Damn, Scotty, your Scat Pack sounds awesome. Nice graphics and background tunes! Wonder your thoughts on lowering springs?

Good video and great tips on the install. What do you think of subframe connectors; specifically the BMR pieces?
Thanks bro! 🙏🙏🙏 BMR subframe connectors will be next! 💯🔥💯
What does a strut brace do?
Just ordered mine, Getting them put on at Pettys Garage
Awesome bro! Let me know how you like them!
My video goes up tomorrow. Check it out. But yes I noticed the exact same thing as you but I do hear a creak sometimes when I pull into the driveway at an angle.
@@Sky1 Will do bro!
I have the Mopar front tower brace. I can’t make myself cut the carpet for the rear one.
I hated to cut the carpet but I think it's well worth the improvement. I might buy a couple pieces of new carpet just in case I ever want to put it back.
On the trunk, what the measurement from the bottom of the bar to the trunk floor?
Wondering if I could still get a subwoofer box to fit under the bar.
I didnt see in the description where you got the caps and rubber grommets for the strut covers. Mind sharing some links to them?
Those rubber grommets are valve stem oil seals for small block Chevrolets most likely.
The caps came as a set with the strut covers. The rubber grommets were just spare parts I had laying around. Likely oil seals like BassGee said.

Wow that sucks! I haven't noticed any wear on mine so far. Thank you for tuning in!
Subbing brother 🤙
Thank you brother! I really appreciate it! 🙏🙏🙏🤘🤘🤘
🔥🔥
Thanks brother! 💯😈💯
Those look good! Did you lower the car before or after tightening down the nuts on the front brace?
Thanks bro! 🙏🙏🙏 I lowered the car before tightening the nuts. 👍👍👍
How much space do you have from the trunk floor to the bottom of the brace
14 3/8" Thanks for watching bro!
When are you gonna post the video of you in Gatlinburg I saw there we were talking to you we were in the mini van

You would think for a 50k car it would have come with these from factory
Yeah it would be nice. But I think the BMR braces are quite a bit beefier than the Mopar braces I've seen so it's all good. Thanks for watching bro, I appreciate it!
