We stayed at Yurbban, the hotel connected to Flax & Kale and WE LOVED IT! Having a vegan and gluten-free restaurant right downstairs was amazing and also dangerous. THAT PIZZA THO! Roots and Rolls was great as well. Thanks for recommending!

I love anything that has potato or is deep fried eheh but my favourite would be idlis..Its a rice cake like thing served with hot lentil like soup which has lots of spices and veggies in which those fluffy steamed rice cakes r dipped.. Also various types of fritters and lentil crepes.i also love stuffed parathas those flat breads stuffed with anything from potato to veggies to paneer..If you r in India its tough to single out one favourite thing... Best wishes to you and your channel..I always worried what I would eat if I travel as a vegetarian...not anymore..I hope we all get to travel soon
