@@i_UCH1HA Yes the defenders can catch up with a fast attacker quickly. I like it that way because it was kinda easy to run past defenders in fifa 18. People criticize this fifa so much because most of them don't know they can actually change the gameplay themselves by adjusting the slider, especially when playing against the cpu. Now if you want the defenders not to catch up with the attackers easily anymore, just go to the slider setting and lower the cpu Acceleration and Sprint speed.
Playing this with Liverpool. Currently nearing the end of the second season. Signing players as we did in real life up to the current season. 5 seasons in total. I just don't think Nunez is in the game.

I hadnt bought fifa since fifa 19 up until a few months ago when I finally bought FIFA 23, and they really did not change much. However I'm glad the create a club exists now even though it can use some work as that was never an option before, and the player career mode has improved in some areas a lot and gotten worse a bit in other areas.
This game for me is still my go to fifa game, best looking fifa game for me to date, best teams you had Hazard at Cheslea, City and Liverpool were dominat, Spurs had a really good team also. Madrid and Barca were brilliant as was Bayern.. Man Utd needed a rebuild which I found fun. This game really is still amazing. I just wish this game had the hyper motion technology thats the only thing I feel the newer fifas have really improved on. Oh and fifa 19 has better commentary. This with the OS sliders is insaely good..turn the speed down and it becomes like an actualy football match sim. The only fifa i can play on Ultimate and grind out a 1-0 win at times. My first game on FC 24 was 4-3 i uninstalled the game straight after. Stick with Fifa 19
Most people didn't know about slider and the huge difference it can make especially on old fifas. I changed my mind since I started tweaking the slider and never went back to pes. I have fifa 18 and 19. I will stick with them for a very long time. I'm done with the recent ones.

The pitch look like real grass and look at those shinning kits with high quality textures, realistic lively atmosphere. The 2018 world cup mode is enjoyable. Now imagine fifa 18 with the champions league and European league license. That would've been perfect. The gameplay is well balanced. It's crazy how EA got it all wrong after fifa 19.
I literally started doing a career mode in this fifa this week and im having a blast in this 😂 Edit: I will say so tho, the fact that you can’t outrun players stresses me out a little but it’s still a fun game.
Missing FIFA 14, 16, 17, 18 and 19, good times. It was fantastic to play Pro Clubs and Ultimate Team in FIFA 14, 16, 17 and 18. From FIFA 20 the franchise became horrible, extremely arcade. FIFA 20, 21, 22 and 23 are terrible 🤮🤮.

I love playing old FIFA games on my old xbox one. I have fifa 14 next-gen, fifa 17, 20, 21. It's great to play the old parts of fifa, it's interesting to watch their progress, but unfortunately since 2017 I can only watch regression. Fifa 17 in my opinion is the last good game with interesting and moderately difficult gameplay.

Fifa 19 was so booooorrrring i did a manager and player career and on both the transfer algorythm was pants so i used to get offers from like the saudi league and all them leagues no player under the age of 30 would want to play for which made both player and manager careet unplayable i think its still pretty similar even in fifa 23, sod that im off to play fifa 14

Fifa 18 and 19 were good. 18 I could play a 10 min halves and have realistic results.
FC24 gave me a 9-9 draw as Manchester City against Roma, EA just gets even more unrealistic.
