1:05 yes the servers shut down about 3 or 4 weeks ago. I have been playing fifa 17 recently since it’s the only fifa game I currently have and I wanted to pick the game up again after so much time. It payed off because it’s actually very fun and brought back some good mementoes!

FIFA 17 is still my favorite. My favorite soundtrack song was on there (Paper Route - Chariots) and I didn't think the game and dynamics weren't so against the user.
😅I played fifa 23 before all of sudden I decided to play fifa 17 again after I recognize that the ghrapic in fifa 17 much more supperior in term of light, shadow,grass, the atmosphere stadium. I don't know why EA changes the grass while it's wonderfully had been created.I play it on PS 4

Fifa 17 was the first fifa game I ever played and fell in love with it. Too bad the next fifas we’re getting worse and worse every year (fifa 21 was pretty good tbh I enjoyed that one) with this years game being the worst imo. I don’t enjoy the game anymore. They try to make the gameplay more realistic but in reality for me it’s a game and I still want to feel like I’m playing a game.I hope ea takes this years game criticism seriously and make fifa 24 actually enjoyable
Fifa's gameplay has never been realistic, in fact it got LESS and LESS realistic post Fifa 11. And there won't be a Fifa 24, at least not as you intend it. But it'll be the same exact game.

Only gripe was that CPU-controlled sides never pass back to the goalkeeper, and the goalkeeper always kicks the ball to the middle of the pitch after catching the ball/during a goal kick. FIFA 15-17 had much better goalkeepers (at least the AI-controlled ones) in the sense that they behaved more like how goalkeepers behave, but the foul/offside count went down drastically after 11. It was at its lowest in the Impact engine FIFAs (12-14 on PC, 11 onward on PS3/X360). It recovered somewhat in FIFA 15-16 (Ignite Engine version, depending on sliders), and by 17 (once again, depending on sliders) you could actually get some really chaotic games. It all seems to have gone downhill from there though.
Talk about timing mate. I bought fifa 23 literrally 2 weeks ago, bored of it already their just seems to be something about it i cant get on with, anyway i was in cex earlier and deliberatly bought fifa's 14,15,16,18,19 and 20 their just seems to be something about fifa 14-19 that hits different especially 17, not just because my team was promoted back to the prem in time for that game but their is just something thats hits all the right spots

Thank you very much for playing!!", like what the hell. you should have to try abd add both in your collector, two game is different engine, of cork Fifa 17 have the better look, but fifa 16 is the top diamond of the old engine and beside that also you can still play some old players which being removed from fifa 17.
Hello, I need advice. I have been familiar with PES Gameplay, my favorite and the longest PES that I've been playing is pes 2017. But I recently try to play FIFA, I've played fifa 14,15,17,19. I feel those fifa Gameplay and control is not intuitive as PES. The movement feels heavy, hard to defend, getting close and chasing the ball from opponent, and the passing is slow.
I have played every fifa since 98 and ultimate team since 09 and they have all morphed into one version that I genuinely couldn't tell you my favourite

I was mainly an American Football fan but i had played FIFA 15's mobile version, and FIFA 16 on my PS3 (which i played quite a bit), but when i got a PS4, and i played FIFA 17 for the first time, i had fallen in love with the sport. It's a shame that the game has really fallen off a cliff in terms of quality since then, and i quit the series after FIFA 20- i returned for FIFA 22, kinda stopped playing that after only a few months, and then went to FIFA 23, and while it's a pretty decent game, especially because i also got an XBOX Series S that can run Hypermotion and all that stuff, i might just move to eFootball when that becomes a functioning game, and jump off the FIFA (soon to be EA Sports FC, or whatever the awful name will be) bandwagon. *thanks for coming to my ted talk or uhh something*

On the prev gen consoles etc ps3 idk about x360 but request funds is there but you don't get the manager customization and the financial stuff well you kinda too but it's scaled down

When EA was really serious. Get yourself fifa 17 and 18. Tweak the settings and sliders to make it slow. It's far better game than the recent fifas. You won't even bother to buy the new ones anymore unless online gaming. 17 and 18 has that special feeling with so much fun.

The passing mechanics in this game was the best part for me.
The last fun fifa game imo. I used to play this game religiously, I loved how fast pace and actually challenging it was.

The atmosphere in this game was top notch
Fifa 17 with some changes in sliders (reduce speed etc) is the best fifa ever. Seriously. Fifa 23 is super arcady compared to this masterpiece.
