I usually purchase the Pentart bonding primer through Etsy. I’ve seen some Pentart products on Amazon, but I never saw the bonding primer, unfortunately. If Etsy is not an option for you, maybe you can try the Zinsser Water-based Primer for all surfaces. I use this product when I refinish furniture and I personally really like it. Ps.: the only down side of the Zinsser is that the smallest size is 1 Quart.🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
