The fbi has an extraordinary high level of conviction rate at over 97%of all cases. However, that success is bcz they are meticulous in their investigative work which takes time. But the longer the wait, the sweeter the reward once it finally comes.
She is a black female Democrat so it's unlikely. If she suspects the FBI might actually do their job she can always identify as a disabled, trans lesbian. Pretty much makes her untouchable. I think you are mistaking the FBI for J. Edgar Hoover's outfit, this is the Comey, McCabe, Wray version.

Exactly right. She shouldn't have any say whatsoever. That's a permitting department issue that is supposed to be non biased. It's a conflict of interest also when she's personally buying up properties. Sounds like deprivation of rights to engage in business.

This was a really good food pantry. I don't know what other services they provided but their food pantry even had hygiene products. I haven't gone back since all this has been going on. I don't want to go all the way over there just to find out they are closed.

The state building code should have a regulation on building codes which the local government has to follow. They can add but not subtract from them . I see the township code about non requirements for repairs as stated so she should find a local construction familiar probono lawyer to help her intervene on her behalf.
