My two years green card expired since March 2015, I applied for 10 years tru my Attorney. I waited for more than 5 years but no good news. My Attorney(now late since Oct 2022), helped me file for my Citizenship. He passed before my interview date of December 6, 2022. I went to the interview well prepared. In the form N652, It says, "You passed the tests of English & US history & government " but a decision cannot yet be made about because of your pending I751". Today is Nov 29, 2023 which is over 120 days stipulated by law. I have not heard from USCIS. What should I do? I just sent them an online inquiry but you know basically they dont say anything tangible. Am terribly worried. 8 years of waiting!
You only talked abt ppl who already had the interview. There ppl out there who filed the application years couple years past and they still didn’t hear anything. Would’ve been helpful if you addressed that
its been over 1 year I've been waiting i completed my interview and everything passed the test and got a RFE sent all the response in the day after a year plus later I'm still freaking waiting I've lost career opportunities because of this! The officer only gave me a RFE he didn't give me a N652 I responded to the RFE days later.

@@gracebaby8834 yes i did. I got ceremony date after 4 months. When you apply for name change oat ceremonies get delayed. Because they call all people together those applied name change and a judge also came and approved name change.

@@omarazzawi5111 I had the interview back in Feb 2022. I'm US citizen now for the last 7 or 8 months. I would suggest you to file for cases outside of the normal processing time. Once i filled for the cases outside of the normal processing time, and gave USCIS a call to follow up the case, they set up an interview in a couple of weeks. All the best!

Hello sir, i filled for naturalization on april 2020, and got my interview in december 2020 after i called them. Nothing has happened since then. I am 4 months outside processing time and their not responding to any of my e-requests. I don't know what else to do! Can you please help?

@@Lifestylewithmelo call the regular uscis number and request an 'info pass appointment' from the robot that answers. Its the only way I found to get thru an actual person. Hope it helps
