Junk Journals - New Method! How to Make Junk Journals Picture Frames a new way for Junk Journaling

Prompt 20 combined with Prompt 23 of the Junk Journal July 2024 challenge gave us a great new approach to making a junk journal frame for a picture as a "tip-in".
