Just like to touch on the topic a bit and leave it at that!! Some people can be "haters" and others are just misinformed or just unaware of what I'm doing!! It's all love regardless🙏🏻

Which on of your program’s should I get if I want to get my first dunk? I’ve been training my vertical again lately and my numbers in terms of squat, bench and vertical have been going up, but I’m sure you know being 5’8 doesn’t make it very easy.

I have a power phase that’s all about heavy lifting and explosive plyometrics! *Phase 5* or *Phase 6* would do it!

Do those programs come with video demonstrations, and percentage based numbers for lifts based on my current 1RM?

@@rubenbettis2984 Yes!! All of my programs come with *Codes* to *password-protected* pages on my website with videos on how to perform each plyometric and on how to go through the entire workout for every single day.
You also get PDF files with a mobile-friendly version of the program showing you what to do every single day Monday thru Sunday including *two active recovery days* for both upper & lower body muscle relief!
This RUclips channel also has playlists on how to perform each lift so if you’re ever stuck you can just RUclips or Google search *(insert random exercise here)* followed by *Andrew Lloyd Skigh*!

Thank you, Julián!! A lot of big moves but the fatherhood thing is easily the biggest. Hope you're doing well!🙏🏻
