@@tommyprogress just realized that during my few jump sessions before thp, I used a small ball way too much and would’ve benefited a lot more from low rimming with an actual basketball
@@tommyprogress yeah exactly, I’m in the same spot. Like I have the literal minimum amount of vertical to dunk 10’ but it requires perfection, so mentally it’s really tough. But technically summer isn’t over until September 21st, so we got time still 😂
I agree about the small ball dunks. It helps to do it every so often, but if you do it every session, it can mess you up for real dunking
