- 🎵 Tuna gochujang stew.
✨Ingredients: 250g canned tuna, 1/2 onion, 130g zucchini, 250g potato, 20cm green onion, 2 cheongyang peppers, 1T gochujang, ½T soybean paste, 2T red pepper powder, 1T minced garlic, 1½T anchovy fish sauce, 1/2T sugar, 2T mirin , Pepper 1/5T, Water 500ml

📢 Tuna gochujang stew.
1. Chop onion, zucchini, green onion, cheongyang pepper, and potato.
2. Filter canned tuna in a pot and add tuna oil.
3. Add 1T minced garlic to tuna oil and fry over high heat.
4. When it sizzles, fry for another 10 seconds and add 1T gochujang, 1/2T soybean paste, 2T red pepper powder, 2T mirin.
5. When the seasoning is mixed, immediately add the potatoes and fry for 20 seconds.
6. Pour 500ml of water and boil the potatoes until cooked.
7. Add zucchini, onion, tuna ingredients, 1½T anchovy fish sauce, and 1/2T sugar and bring to a boil.
8. When the ingredients are fully cooked, add 1/5T cheongyang pepper, green onion, and pepper and bring to a boil.
