This video just confirmed that I am doing all of the right things to shift my clients as I am already implementing these tools and practices in my coaching business ❤️ thank you for this video.
I really enjoyed the insight to think about the long-term pain caused by your current habits. It's very easy to ignore different habits, because they don't lead to immediate pain (and many times lead to pleasure). But, now I can step back and ask myself, how will I feel 40 years from now if I continue my addiction to sugar. Then based on that pain, I can make a small change today. After I make that change, I can intentionally notice how much better I feel with the new habit to keep me motivated. Well done and thank you Ajit!
Thank You for this amazing video , Ajit I am already doing all this in my coaching sessions . It feels nice that someone is validating the process I use. I LOVE your videos Excellent content #gratitude ❤️
The one that sticks out the most, and I’m open for more questions 👀 Is principal number 2 An interesting note I took was, you can comfort eat for positive and negative… I found this interesting because, I never opened my mind to the fact, you feel good and you can eat whatever, when In actually that could be a habit that, for me into fitness might be holding me back a bit. Encourage clients to think curiously of how to improve their life and scaling the current situation to 20/30/40 years and does it fit the life you want to live… Noticing thinking patterns like, the video is neutral… but my thinking pattern will make it positive or negative. Some notes I took.
Amazing insights, Gary! It is indeed us who associate an emotion - positive or negative - to any thought. So we also have the power to choose more empowering thinking vs a disempowering one. Thanks for sharing ❤
