Most of the company, especially in convergy, 24/7, HP, Dell. You have to give aptitude test on computer system. Once you go through this then it will be ops round. Some company will handover the offer letter the day itself and some will send it by email. Trust me interview is piece of cake, you can either go to consultant, or apply through monster or naukri. Usually, if you stay in the same company, you will only get annual hikes (which is quite less) but when you move to a different company, you can ask them to increase your salary because you now have experience. It also depends on how you negotiate and how well your interview goes. 😊

Mine is IT operations, likewise you need to go with what your preferred field is. Salary is different everywhere. 🙂

Yes they will, you just have to show them the original documents but submit Xerox copies along with Adhar card & pan card copies.
