I can also attest to the inconsistent levi sizing especially when you said they feel like death at first but stretch out later to flatter you 😂👍🏻
HAHAHA it's the WORST but once they loosen up they're great jeans!
I have this now.. a few months back I bought a mile high jeans.. Size 27 was too tight around my waist i sat down, like all my skin just fell over the jeans. So I got 28. And now 28 is too big. So yesterday I bought another mile high, now size 27. And I feel so insecure now because of when I sit down, I am tempted to get a bigger size again. But I just have to remember it will be looser..
You can use a seam ripper to undo the hem and make them a little longer
Just bought the Levi’s 721 high rise skinny. Size 26 and 28 inseam, they make my legs look longer as I’m petite. Way better than the Madewell jeans.
My favourite is the 721! Haven’t tried the 501 yet☺️

My wedgie fit are a 27 (my normal size is 4 or 27) but they’re SO tight! And other brands I wish I sized down 🙃 shopping for jeans can be so hard
A little tip if your jeans are too short:
You lengthen the jeans by extenting the hem. It’s super easy and quick. You seamrip the seams at the hem and it will make your jeans a couple of centimeters longer. After you steam the hem of your jeans. Ps the jeans will now have a row hem, but that is trendy nowadays so in my opinion it doesn’t matter.
I did this and the ends are dyed a different shade of blue, but they def extend it !

you should also get a levis 501 stf denim and get them 3 inches longer than normal with a comfortable waist size without being loose or too tight.
I know the feeling of trying on pair of jeans especially when you are a short guy trying to find the right kinda of pair that fits you

I just purchased mine yesterday, and I’m a little bit concerned about the size since im not really comfortable walking, like it’s not super super uncomfortable but I don’t feel 100% free 😅, soo I don’t know if I should size up or if they are going to fit me perfect with the time. i had gotten a size 26 skinny but theyre way too tight and uncomy that i cant get myself to wear them. i recently bought 28 and theyre much more comfier and fit just as nice. however, i feel like i couldve sized down on the 501 but i dont mind them being a little looser

I prefer the 501S! Little more stretch so they're more comfortable for me :)

Are levis that different? my waist is 27 inches and the wedgie fit in 24 fits my nice after a bit of stretching. I don’t understand how those can,t fit you when your waist is smaller 😥
Though my hips are 35.5 inches
It depends on body proportions, my waist is also 27" and I wear wedgie jeans in a size 25, sometimes 24, my hip measures 39/40" I even have the levis high loose taper jeans in a size 23 cos those give more room for wider hips and thicker thighs.
I found out that the 721 fit great in size 26, but the wedgy and 501 were too small. Couldn’t get either done up.

Hi, what is the difference between wedgie fit and 501 skinny? I saw someone say they look the same and just feels different. Is that so? Which do you prefer? Thanks!
@@chnngl wedgie fit jeans are more stiff and don’t taper in the legs as much as the 501 skinnies. 501 skinnies are more flattering in my opinion, but it still depends on what works on your body type. Hope that helps?
