What a finish to an incredible trip, that light at Malin was the stuff of dreams, and the crashing waves at Fanad,, OMG !!! It was my pleasure to host you and can't wait for the return trip(s) Well done Micháel O Shainblum ( You're Irish now :-) )
What a sweet local. The upper right has great qualities, particularly with the minimalistic rays coming through. I am partial to the lower left with its broader glow affect in which the ambient light also adds a little more fill-in light on the foreground rocks.
Your photos always bring me to tears. They are sooo amazing. Truly Heaven on earth. There is only one thing I can say for the photographers out there who dream of traveling the world. Just GO. Don't wait. Don't think you will have time. Go now before you realize it's too late. Like I did.
Thanks for bring us along on this amazing trip, Michael. As for the 4 images you asked us to compare at around 6:00, I like the upper right the best. But, none of the other 3 are far behind. The composition of the shot is great but the glow on the rocks in the upper right is what pushes that to the top for me.
Delighted you enjoyed your time in Ireland. Your photos are amazing and your showing the country at its best. Your welcome back anytime. Couldn't possibly choose which one is better over the other, there all beautiful. The moody ones always do it for me.(and their all moody).
Of the four you asked about, upper-right is my favorite. As usual, I'd be happy with any of them though! Of all the shots, at the end, @ 13:05 and @ 13:10 with the laser beams from the mother ship are my favorites. Safe travels!
Wow so many outstandingly beautiful shots throughout this video. I’m just blown away by the quality. You are a master at the craft. I loved the top left and also the bottom left photos 🤩
Yet another truly inspirational post Michael. I always love watching your channel and this one, in my Grandfather's homeland was especially wonderful to me. The drone footage was a joy! My favourite image from the four of Malin Head was the first one. I love that glowing sun. Best wishes and happy new year to you - we're all looking forward to more of your magic in 2024.
I just finished your tutorial Irish Cliffs from Start to Finish-which was AWESOME-and then I was curious where that was, then found this video-and then found out you are having a workshop next year to go there!! (One thing that might be good for both you and me is if you cross-promote…but who cares, I found it all!) beautiful and I hope to join you next year!
Favorite of the 4 sunset photos -- upper right -- sunstar, gold on the left facet of the sea stack at the water is tremendous, it's the most dramatic and the scene cannot shy away from its own theatricality. All are great shots in their own right, but for me upper right is outstanding. Enjoyed the entire video. We can sense the enormity of the moment. In nature with friends and great light and the unforgiving seas--what can be better? Thanks.
Love the image at 6:04 on the top right, just love reflected sunlight off rocks. The glowing rocks on the right side balances the lick of light at the waterline half way along the point on the left and leads the eye to the sun setting. Just a magical shot.
I love all your videos, but this one is special. The beauty of the images in the video moved me and brought back memories of my 2015 trip through this wonderful country. The top left image is the best for me. Maybe don't have the warm tones of the top right but textures in water and rocks are above to the rest. Thanks Michael.
Yet again another video that is worth every minute waiting for as all of your videos are, I wish you continued success for 2024 and beyond and look forward to seeing more
Bottom left a standout for me, Michael, gorgeous deep tones. Spectacular drone footage, especially the lighthouse with the green wave coming into shot from the right... awesome. And birds always add a touch of heartwarming magic for me. Thanks again Michael.
Stunning imagery Michael. Hard to pick out any favorites as they are all so great. I've really enjoyed this series from Ireland. Looking forward to seeing more of your work in the coming year.
Amazing shots and wonderful video👏👏👏 Thanks you friend for sharing this incredible experience with us. You are an inspiration to me! I'll follow your trips
I found ALL of the end loaded drone and still shots to be spectacular. The color and ferocity of the water was amazing. The land features were as well. Thanks Michael.
Of the four you asked for comment on, I think I'd go with the top right. But I seriously couldn't pick a favourite from the montage at the end - WHAT a selection of fabulous shots! Looking forward to seeing more in 2024 - all the best!
Those were some astonishing landscape images. Sitting on my sofa after a day's work and watching that just made me happy to be alive and able to witness such beauty. Great opening to my weekend. Excellent video! Oh, and upper right corner image for me :)
When given the choice of the 4 options the top right I feel was the best over all. Would love to go to Ireland myself to do some photography myself. Great stuff though
Fantastic images. Great to see you often this side of the pond. My personal favourite of the images is the top right. The light hitting the rocks and the composition of the clouds is just perfect.
Another great video, Michael. Your seascape photography is off the charts. Of the four sunset photos, I like the bottom left the best. I love the lighting as it reaches the rocks in the foreground as well. A close second is the top right with the sunstar.
As always, it's hard to choose a favorite among your amazing photos, but the light in the top right one really catches my eye. The first one with the bird, the lighthouse, and the surf at 12:50 were also spectacular. Love your videos!
You captured so much beauty in this video of Ireland. Absolutely breathtaking 😍. Also, I really loved the photos you captured of the light shining through the waves and mist! There were just so many beautiful photos though!!
Well gosh! Absolutely stunning and some very sketchy positions there too. The photography and videography were, as always, top notch - plus full credit for managing to stitch the vlog together, I know enough to appreciate the difficulty that must have poised.
How do you dare fly your drone in such conditions?…And then through the arch!!! Does it not get affected by the windy conditions needed to make such spectacular waves? Great images and video 10/10.
This is another epic scene! As for the lighting of the scene, I would pick the top right photo. It is not just about the light why it's my pick though. The light is warm yet powerful. The rays can be identified very clearly and the foreground on the right gets illuminated beautifully. This reflection is something that immediately connects with the sun. As for the rest of the composition, I like that the sea is rugged, but not too much and it has just the right amount of detail. Also I like the colour of the water (cyan instead of the tiny magenta hue on the photo top left). Plus: the clouds are dramatic yet quite balanced over the surface of the image.
New Shainblum video days are always good days! Excellent conclusion (I think?) to your Ireland series. All of your drone slomo shots here are superb, and my favorite still is probably the one at 12:18 (immediately after a bunch of dope drone clips). 13:05 through 13:22 are really epic too. Thanks for sharing as always!
Amazing photos and video! Planning a trip to Ireland next year. Can you please advise or share some locations to visit for landscape photography. Thank you!
As usual, another epic video with amazing images. You wouldn't have been in Ireland if it didn't rain on you 😅 You really caught the beauty of our country and I'm glad you had such a good time
I dont know how many times I said "Wow", but man...that was just awesome!!!
The Irish tourist board should be paying you! Spectacular images, as always.
Haha I wish, hopefully they see this and hit me up to go back! Thank you so much Rob!
What a finish to an incredible trip, that light at Malin was the stuff of dreams, and the crashing waves at Fanad,, OMG !!!
It was my pleasure to host you and can't wait for the return trip(s) Well done Micháel O Shainblum ( You're Irish now :-) )
I can’t wait to come back man, thanks for everything! Now your turn to come to CA!
What a sweet local. The upper right has great qualities, particularly with the minimalistic rays coming through. I am partial to the lower left with its broader glow affect in which the ambient light also adds a little more fill-in light on the foreground rocks.
Thank you, thank you, thank you. I will probably never see that amazing location but I am so glad I got to see it through your eyes and lens.
Awesome stuff as usual! I loved that spot and got similar conditions - it is magical isn't it. Great series from Ireland.
Thanks, man. It was awesome hanging out and shooting with you! Hopefully, more adventures in the future!
Your photos always bring me to tears. They are sooo amazing. Truly Heaven on earth.
There is only one thing I can say for the photographers out there who dream of traveling the world. Just GO. Don't wait. Don't think you will have time. Go now before you realize it's too late. Like I did.

Great video, man! It was also great seeing Bernard in this!
Just breathtaking Michael! Not just the imagery but the drone footage, the music, the editing. Always 120% sir 🫡
Thank you so much Simon, really glad you enjoyed the footage! :)
You are one of the few photographers I still watch, because there is such artistry in your work. Thank you for sharing!!
Bottom left is my choice, but I love them all. Beautiful location and sunset, so dramatic!
Delighted you enjoyed your time in Ireland. Your photos are amazing and your showing the country at its best. Your welcome back anytime. Couldn't possibly choose which one is better over the other, there all beautiful. The moody ones always do it for me.(and their all moody).

Wow so many outstandingly beautiful shots throughout this video. I’m just blown away by the quality. You are a master at the craft. I loved the top left and also the bottom left photos 🤩
The 1st of the 4 was an OMG moment when saw it.
All four images are great but I like the second at time index 5:33 the most because of the sunbeams
Your wave shots are other worldly. Beautiful work.
Thank you so much Keith!
Dude…..you have a lifetime of best shots just in this one video. Congratulations and amazing work..
Upper right is good for me! What an excellent spot to capture your photos
A master at work. Epic. I visit most of these locations quite often, but never captured thes as great as you have. new challenge for me.
Another spectacular and interesting presentation - those wave images are awesome! Thanks for sharing.
Las imágenes finales de drone son puro cine. Enhorabuena Michael, eres pura inspiración

Drone footage at the end was insane ...you sell our country very well 😊🇮🇪
Love the image at 6:04 on the top right, just love reflected sunlight off rocks. The glowing rocks on the right side balances the lick of light at the waterline half way along the point on the left and leads the eye to the sun setting. Just a magical shot.
Stunning. Now go watch The Uncountable Laughter of the Sea, and reminisce.
I loved them all, but I would have to give the nod to the beautiful light in the top left photo. Such gorgeous shots and drone footage throughout!
Really glad you enjoyed them Barbara, thanks so much!
Fabulous! My favourite is bottom left.
Incredible videos and great photos! I enjoyed watching them so much. Thanks for sharing!
I'd go with the bottom-left image of the four.
I love all your videos, but this one is special. The beauty of the images in the video moved me and brought back memories of my 2015 trip through this wonderful country. The top left image is the best for me. Maybe don't have the warm tones of the top right but textures in water and rocks are above to the rest. Thanks Michael.

Hey thanks so much Stephen! Hope you have a great 2024 as well! :)
Bottom left a standout for me, Michael, gorgeous deep tones.
Spectacular drone footage, especially the lighthouse with the green wave coming into shot from the right... awesome.
And birds always add a touch of heartwarming magic for me. Thanks again Michael.
I like the top right photo.
The third photo , it’s a balance of light and shadows perfect I think 👌
thank you!
Stunning imagery Michael. Hard to pick out any favorites as they are all so great. I've really enjoyed this series from Ireland. Looking forward to seeing more of your work in the coming year.
Incredible images as always Michael. Really enjoying your vlogs!
Amazing shots and wonderful video👏👏👏 Thanks you friend for sharing this incredible experience with us. You are an inspiration to me! I'll follow your trips
It’s always a joy to watch these videos.
I really like the third image of that time lapse. The light on the foreground looks amazing
What a treat. Incredible drone footage and such great photos interspersed!
Glad you enjoyed it, thanks!
Oh man…stunning!😮
What an epic trip! Thanks for sharing 👌
I found ALL of the end loaded drone and still shots to be spectacular. The color and ferocity of the water was amazing. The land features were as well. Thanks Michael.
Stunning photography and videography!
Stunning
It can not get better than this ❤❤
Wow! I'm going to Ireland next summer for a wedding. I think my camera gear will be making the trip with me. Great set of videos.
Absolutely awesome, wow.
Of the 4 sunsers, bottom left for me
All 4 images were great but I liked the second one with the suns rays. Amazing day you had there.
Beautiful. One personal thing, the SeasTack’s top is on the horizon line. That bothers me. But who am I! Your work is top of the line.
Simply unbelievable shots. Fantastic.
Amazing images and video, Michael!
Absolutely stunning images and video. Ireland is gorgeous. However your images almost make me realise I can’t get as good as you.
I know you are a landscape photographer and a very good one at that but that drone footage... Wow, just... Wow.
Of the four you asked for comment on, I think I'd go with the top right. But I seriously couldn't pick a favourite from the montage at the end - WHAT a selection of fabulous shots! Looking forward to seeing more in 2024 - all the best!
Thank you so much!
Spectacular!!!!
Your fans (like me) really appreciate your efforts, Michael! Incredible stuff!
I appreciate that, thank you so much!
Stunning photos!
Thank you michael 🙏🏻🔝
I totally love photographing up along Malin Head some out of the world landscapes to capture well done Michael 😎
Those were some astonishing landscape images. Sitting on my sofa after a day's work and watching that just made me happy to be alive and able to witness such beauty. Great opening to my weekend. Excellent video! Oh, and upper right corner image for me :)
Beautiful images! The 100-400 photos really show the scale and beautiful light the best. Nicely done
Great photos. Thanks for sharing
This is incredible photos and video.
When given the choice of the 4 options the top right I feel was the best over all. Would love to go to Ireland myself to do some photography myself. Great stuff though
You are a master at your craft/art, Michael. Some of those gallery images literally took my breath away! Wow!
Thank you!!
Doug S
Wow. Think I'll just leave it at that. Wow. 🙂
Thanks so much!
Absolutely stunning photos and videos! WOW! Your images always amaze me! Thanks for taking me along!
Fantastic images. Great to see you often this side of the pond. My personal favourite of the images is the top right. The light hitting the rocks and the composition of the clouds is just perfect.
Seems like the top right is a winner. Thanks so much Martin!
Bottom left image is best
Another great video, Michael. Your seascape photography is off the charts. Of the four sunset photos, I like the bottom left the best. I love the lighting as it reaches the rocks in the foreground as well. A close second is the top right with the sunstar.

Damn brother. Some of your best work. The footage and shots at the end are absolutely incredible.
Upper left one I think is the best. Great work as usual. You are a magician with a camera!
All incredible. My vote is for one in the top right.
Incredible images!
Brilliant, what an amazing location along with magical images 👏👏🙌🙌
Thanks so much!
This is another epic scene!
As for the lighting of the scene, I would pick the top right photo. It is not just about the light why it's my pick though. The light is warm yet powerful. Hi Michael. Blown away!
Wow. Just wow! I'm headed over to the Oregon Coast in a couple of weeks and this provided great inspiration!
amazing photos mate. I especially like the first sunset shot because of the directional light.
Absolutely awesome. Really enjoyed the last few videos, those last two photos and the sunset shots are sublime epic & beautiful.
