Sorry to hear about your mental health I went through something similar a year ago and it was traumatic how depressed I was. One thing that’s helped is staying sober, not that I had an alcohol problem but it’s hard to explain. Life is more clear now

even though it is sad to hear about your struggles :( it is also comforting! I think everyone at some point, and usually often, has no idea what they are doing with their life. or where it will go. feeling like they aren't doing enough or maybe made mistakes in the past to get to this point? either way, all these thoughts are so common! do not feel alone. thank you for being vulnerable to help me not feel alone:) ps. I also live in a place where all my super close friends are either states away or hours away. I am often doing things by myself to! its easy to feel lonely, but remember you aren't alone :) you have friends who do love you!

I to had Covid last month and it was the worst sickness I’ve ever had , so glad you feel better . Girrl I feel ya on the struggle bus! It's been a tough couple of months on and off. A lot of ups with deep downs mixed with overwhelm. Finally invested into a coach and it's making a difference 👌Easier said than done.. but never feel bad for opening up about it. I would say overall your content is uplifting and cozy. I enjoy watching while I walk my treadmill. I've also been single 2ish years now and I have only gotten as far as downloading Hinge (not registered yet😅) Also, Happy Gal-entines Day! 🧡🛍
