I love the miscellar water with oil from garnier. It is so good for taking eye make up off even waterproof. I will have to try the wipes now. Xxx

You have to ice your back first to reduce the swelling then use heat.

Go see a physio for your back! They'll get you set up on a programme so you can manage the flare ups easier :) feel better soon!

Awww, Piglet's cries are so sad. I know you don't want to spoil her, but I don't know how you stand not picking her up and holding her all the time. I'm too weak, when my dog cries (Daisy the Beagle) I pick her up right away. I need more willpower. I hope your back feels better soon!
You should try Epsom salt it helps with soreness and pain!!!
I use the one that is for after and before working out because I feel its the most effective!.
I hope it heals fast!

weazerrr Pilates is the best long term. It helped me to avoid back surgery.

please be extremely careful with your back, I lift a luggage to help a friend of my mom's and other destroy it. I had a Sergey but..I am in pain for 16 years know. I forgot my life before pain. Please don't lift anything under 2. I have missed so many things, don't do the some mistake. I love piglet so much..take care

I got 2 slipped discs. You have know idea what is the meaning of a bad back. You don't stay on the sofa get up and move staying still makes it worse.

Have you tried any therapy for your back? It can be alarming since it keeps coming back once in a while. Hope it goes away.

I've always wondered if blogers and beauty gurus in general are aware of their skin's % of absorption, it's actually quite low, so putting all that product in doesn't really help that much because your skin can't absorb it all 🤔🤔

It's written by one of Lance Armstrong's trainers and has completely changed my life. My back used to go out once a month or so, and I'd be lying in pain for a day or more. But after learning just a few exercises from this book, I've not had an episode for at least 6 months. A miracle indeed, and I hope it helps you. Back pain is literally the worst. PS - love all of your stuff; thanks for doing what you do!
