Plus, you adopt this technique and between each set don’t rest but instead go on that Concept 2 Ski-erg (seen in the background of Mark) and you will burn at a new level! (In a good way!) ;)
Do note, this is a very advanced level and it’s insanely intense. But as stated many times “getting fit isn’t supposed to be easy”
You adopt a similar technique to this rock-it technique on the Ski-erg and you will have created a circuit training method that will take your fitness beyond what you thought possible … I wish my gym had these Ski-ergs!
As always, Mark, your instructions and attention to the details are phenomenal! Thank you thank you thank you!

Today, I'm using your exercises for deconditioned people. Would love to get back to using this.

@@MarkWildman Thanks! Will be a while on the ride, as I'm 160 lbs over.I'm 6'4", so my frame handles it a little better, but I'm still almost twice my optimum weight. I will definitely look into the other things you've mentioned!

Just like my previous post on another similar vid on this - one of the best exercise to add in your arsenal. I also use the weighted mace (ball-weight side-up) so the weight is either sitting on your thumb-side fist or with some space - if you put a space between, it will help improve your grip. On the other hand, watching Mark is cool & all doing demos, BUT both the car & bike are eye-stealers - cannot wait to see the finished car! Is that a 1960s MG?!
