As an owner of 2011 Z4, I enjoyed watching your video. The best thing is that the bumper issue is common. I thought I was just unlucky. I agree that it takes a while to get used to its proportion especially when forward parking. Also, I was okay with tiny luggage space UNTIL I found far bigger space for Boxter, haha.
I have recently acquired my Z4 which has been a pleasure, regarding boot space it is a given you will just have room for a tooth brush, swimming trunks and a pack of condoms for weekends away 😁 if you want the extra space the boxster is the answer but you also get sleepless nights wondering when you have an engine detonation so that extra boot space will be handy for luggage for that extended stay. ps I think a boxster would be great but servicing costs, parts and unplanned expenditure would diminish any additional enjoyment it may give me. Just my opinion
I hate the fact both of mine (2009 and 2011) are fast and look better than any other car in the road. Really hate the attention and people saluting me because the z4 is soooo good looking. 😂 naaaa... I love it!!!!!
I drive my Z4 since 2011 and I love the proportions with the the long hood. What I really don´t like is that' the front parking sensors don´t work automatically as the rear sensors do. I always have to turn them on manually when needed. Maybe I do something wrong ?
Mine's dark blue, never noticed the panel gap thing... EDIT: the yellow angel eyes are easy to upgrade, you get LEDs to put in place of the bulbs - or at least that was the case on E92. EDIT: on #3, that's why front parking sensors are a MUST-HAVE option on these.
You would have been much more satisfied with the e46 330i coupe. I don't know why so many people reference ski trips when less than 1% of people actually ski and of those who do, 99% will drive an SUV 4x4 to the slopes or resorts. Well, good luck, keep tires at 34psi, change oil and air filter every six months, monitor your temperature Guage and keep an eye on the coolant reservoir level. If the DISA VALVE makes noise, service it immediately.
I'm glad it's a common thing. I noticed that on mine while I was covering the white "eyebrows" with some the same colour of the car (I think it looks a bit more agressive like that) and was thinking it could have been in an accident... That's good to know 🤣
White looks great on that model. My 1st one is golden the the 2nd is dark grey. I love the golden color on this car but soon I must make a hard choice and sell one of them.
#1. Hood....I thought it was just me, I've learned to live with it, but I may try to adjust it. #2 Headlights: you can get replacement buckets that have a more interesting design. The lighting is excellent, turn signals, very cool. I believe the brand name is Spyder and got mine from a company called pro-tuning lab. #3 Trunk space: depending on the item you're trying to fit in, a lot more than you think can fit! My wife decided to get some groceries and did not listen to me when I asked her to restrain herself. She came out with 2 cases of wine and four grocery bags! I had to close the top fit all in and open the top again. Now, I was in a panic. It took me two tries, but after some creative tucking, got it all in and was able to open the top again.
No entiendo tu video, que cosas tan bobas las que dices, lo que odias es una estupidez, yo amo mi z4 e89, y adoro su diseño en general, es una joyita. Su manejo es realmente gratificante. Difiero en todo lo que dices.
I love how you struggle to find the negative.
the proportion make it look agressive.... i like it!
You can easily change the headlight bulbs, there are a lot of aftermarket white/blue halogen bulbs or even LEDs. I actually replaced mine myself

Same here! Hit my bumper several times until i get used to its size
It is roadster then proportions are great

You did not notice the steering wheel is on the wrong side. ?
i hear all this but i still love my E89 35i

I really like my Z4 e89 3.0i .... with the roof down ... with the roof up it looks like it was modelled on a baseball cap

The bumper not aligned is interesting, Mine is happening on the other side.
So its clearly a common thing.
Same for me

Great video❤
Thank you!!
Can always change the lights to xenon ones.
Can i ask you about the parts is it very expensive or medium price please respond 😢❤
Interesting, just collecting one next week. 🤓
Love my 2010 Z4 but it’s not my daily. It’s for fun not for work.
Front bumper not enough adjustment to line up the gap, tell me.
What i hate, the steering and clunky gearbox.
Is this car easy to get funny sound from the roof ?
My list, roof wires break, boot wires break manufacture fault, tail lights let in water.
For the taillights, you could drill 2-3 tiny holes along the bottom of the lenses. A cheap fix it it works.
@@azmike3572 No do as i did, glue up the stupid porous rubber seal the light manufacturer used. Keep the moisture out.
@@flybobbie1449 Glad you fixed it. Did you use silicone adhesive?
@@azmike3572 No tried that first, won't stick to plastic. I used Evostick glue, all good several years.
У нас сейчас буква Z не в почёте. Я купил 2018 г 4х летнюю. Думаю буду продавать.
