Maj.Gen VD dogra is doing great and inspirational work here but david goggins have gone through some of the worst condition that u can ever imagine.... try reading his book can't hurt me ! if I'm wrong pardon me! but i think we cannot compare both of them coz everyone is different! I don't know everything about David goggins but for sure he has this great skill to callous his mind.... that's why he is toughest navy seal in the world!

According to Official Indian army sources, it will be implemented in all 4 centers by 2023.

No neha second Lieutenant Arun was the youngest person who got the pvc
