  • Update: I moved the bed upstairs and it wouldnt fit so I had to half disassemble it. Not difficult and it came back together without issue. Holding strong. It is a cheaper bed but id does not have that feeling where if you have to take it apart everything will be half broken after.

    Do you know what size screw and barrel go into this bed?
    I’ve seen to have lost at assembly parts to this bed. Thanks in advance

    I was looking at buying this Bunk bed for my Daughters and was wondering how study the connection between the top and bottom is.

      There are wooden dowels that connect each of the posts. The ladder is all that secures them together however it would be very difficult to lift the bed high enough for them to actually come apart. If you are worried about how strong they are held together you could always screw in some small piece of wood on the side to ensure they don't come apart. I don't think there is any issue.

    What was the size of the would dowel my kids want the beds back up but I don't have the right size to put the bed on top of the other bed with the wood do my phone won't let me dowel
