been holding on to this one for a long while, now feels like the right time..
For the 5 year anniversary of the closing of Ellen's Energy Adventure, enjoy this special audio compilation of the complete Onride & Area soundtracks.
Begin with Bruce Broughton's original studio recordings of the Crisis Overture, Preshow, and Theater 1 & 2 Soundtracks. You'll even hear the original version of the ambient soundtrack created for the Diorama.
Then, head outside for the complete Area Music Loop composed by Russell Brower.

Man I remember vividly taking my first trip to DW and going to Epcot. Just hearing this makes me nostalgic. Rode this back in 2015 when they had removed the Ellen animatronic. The AC was godly. The jokes were funny to me. This was a feel good. And I love learning about energy so it made it my favorite ride. The transitions to each song is so good 🔥. 8:44 this piece is my favorite so beautiful 🥲.
Love this so much, but there's still one piece missing and that is Bruce's orchestration of the Jeopardy think music and theme at the very end. Been searching for source recordings of those for so long and wish they were part of this.
Man, hopefully sooner or later someone will be able to find the clean audio recordings for Disneyland Paris’s Le Visionarium. Now THAT, is an amazing score done by Bruce Broughton. It might even be one of his best scores.

Just heard the Big Bang music for the first time this week and it was because Bruce Broughton played it for me! he talked about his whole scoring process behind it!

This is absolutely incredible. Thank you for uploading. This was always one of my favorite rides as a kid. I know it was outdated but I still miss it. It was a relic from a time when more of the attractions were designed to educate as well as entertain. It felt much closer to Walt's original vision for Epcot back then.
It's weird hearing the diorama music like that instead of the drumbeat. Definitely more dramatic and scary.

Amazing, but this is actually not the final mix of the score. Still the closest thing that we seem to have out there though. Thanks for posting this.
Correct, this is the original studio recording by the Sinfonia of London. We suspect orchestra members were given a CD with the recording, which is what's been rearranged and presented in this video.
@@electronbabble really unlikely -- I have never heard of orchestra members being given a CD. That doesn't happen.
@@mooviemusicfan Well then it's anyone's guess where the CD came from, we just know it exists & has the original, unedited score

I love this music…boy I sure do miss it when at Epcot! Thanks to you I can listen to it for the nostalgia 🥹😊. Next up…splash mountain soundtrack? I understand change but it doesn’t mean I’m not a bit heartbroken. I just hate when Disney takes away a beloved attraction. Guardians of the Galaxy is my favorite new ride. I just wish it was in addition to not a substitution for…if that makes sense.
