@@Shreddawg Have you tried Aleve? I can't take the generic version since it tears up my stomach lining, but the actual brand version is gentler and works pretty well. You can take two at a time, but I usually will take one, and then take another about an hour later. It's helped a lot with back and neck pain.
I havent tried it myself, I try not to take any medication if I can help it. For example, the last week when my carpal tunnel was really bad, I took 1x 200mg ibuprofen I think 3x during the entire week. I usually do a combination of "dealing with it" and icing my wrist/elbow, haha.
@@Shreddawg That is probably the best way to go. I have to be really hurting before I take anything for it. I was wondering how bad the flooding was in your area last week. I'd heard that atmospheric river was dumping tons of rain on you.
@@markhayes9004 Yeah I try to avoid it. I actually just took another one right now... Pain making a resurgence... I am having immense pain in one of my fingertips when typing. Currently typing right now without using my middle finger lol. The pain is incredible for whatever reason lol. I dont typically have pain in the finger tip so idk but im sure its related. I got lucky with the weather. It did rain almost constantly but it really wasnt bad by me. No flooding. Looks like the rain kinda went around my area. There was a lot of places hit pretty good though.

Hey! Its mostly better, my elbows are feeling fine now, just minor pain/ache with certain fingers but its very manageable!
