Been to many many parks ... no question CP is the Greatest of them all! Great job on the video! I love CP's entrance with Gatekeeper... one of the best visual entrances there is😎 And imo The crest top of Millennium is the Best view of any Coaster!

I went to cedar point 2 days after you did for the first time as well, I had the same exact reaction comparing maverick to steel, and I think maverick suprised me as to how good it was. Honestly the restraints on steel vengeance dissappointed me a little but it was still an outstanding ride, was super suprised how close it ranked to maverick! Also you were super lucky to have ridden gatekeeper, a day after the chain was ripped and was broken for days, I couldn't ride it. Anyways, awesome vid!

Spot-on review. Steel Vengeance's restraints ruin the ride for me. Compare the "air time" on Vengeance to the air time on the Magnum, which has lap bars that barely contain you. Two different worlds.

my first time at Cedar Point was in 2016. my remember feeling the same about Top Thrill Dragster and Millennium Force! how it felt so surreal that I was actually seeing these great coasters in person! like you kind of wonder if you are just dreaming but you are not! i also remember Maverick caught me by surprise! I learned a "small" coaster can just be as thrilling as the big boys!! my second time I went to Cedar Point i got to experience SteVe! a lot of awesome coasters! would love to go back again! I also want to try out Great Adventure and Magic Mountain one day!

I had my very first trip there too, just about a week and a half before you went! I really enjoyed it! (Even though I’m not a huge rollercoaster person and I only rode a few of them 😂)
Steel vengeance is the only one with free lockers but a fair amount of rides have bins in the station you can put your stuff in. Some of the major roller coasters make you buy a locker for bags and bigger items but you can keep your phone and keys if u have zipper or cargo pockets
great content !! but i would encourage making sure that the music in the background doesn’t overwhelm the sounds of the park :) sometimes just leaving those in is even better !!
I practically grew up at Cedar Point, while living in Toledo. Now that I am back down south in New Orleans I haven't been bvn in a couple of years and really get sad every summer I cant make it. But I definitely will make it next summer.

Maverick moves into 1st place on my list when they changed the restraints. They USED to be the big huge hard ones like on Raptor, but they changed them to the soft ones and it leveled up! Fantastic ride.
They never used restraints like raptor, raptor is a B&M and maverick is intamin. The restraints that maverick used were a lot thinner and rested further back than the huge B&M OTS restraints. Kingda ka still uses the same restraints that maverick uses to use.
The Magnum may only be a 5-minute wait, but it's the best ride in the park. The air time is insane, nothin' like it! You need to ride in the far back, the last train. That's where the real air time is!
Magnum profiling shows you want coaster were like before computer bent and designed tracks were a thing. Remember it was profiled by hand/eye. Most pre mid 90s coaster were done by eyeing it (sorta).
They closed at 8 yeah. It’s open till 10 now but in June it closed at 8. Its just a 2021 thing with Covid and all so it should be open till 10 all next year again

Raptor had to used row 4 extended safety belt, same with Rougarou row 3, but I didn't have to used extended safety belt on Gatekeeper and Valravn. I already couldn't fit on Wicked Twister side safety belt due to my boarded shoulders, but very close to the latch.
A little less then an hour that day. I was at the park the next day and it had a 2 and a half hour wait in the morning but I came back about 3 hours into the day and it was only 30 minutes

I road on the far back on my second day and it was pretty awesome. Great ride I’ll never understand why it doesn’t get waits
Yeah no, magnum is definitely not the best coaster in the park. It’s got airtime, but painful airtime.

I love Millennium Force, even though I had to get assistance with the safety belt to latch on actual ride, but can fit in the test seat on my own.
