After a few unsuccessful attempts and some amazing followers reaching out and inviting us to their place the bison search finally came to an end 🥰. Definitely worth the wait, absolutely incredible animals and I'm so chuffed I got to see them out in the wild 🦬❤️.

We’re Dean & Nala, and we’ve been best friends since December 2018. I was cycling around the world when I heard Nala meowing out for me somewhere in the Bosnian mountains. With no intentions of keeping Nala, I knew i had to save the wee kitten and take her to the vet - but I was well aware of the fact that it might be a bit of a challenge considering I only had a bike. However, despite my concerns, Nala quickly climbed out of the front bag on the bike handle and straight onto my shoulder. Since then, we’ve been travelling the world together. Ah, Dean, I’m so happy for you. The kind family has a colorful, welcoming place. The bison have richly colored, glorious coats; I really enjoyed seeing the lone male hoofing up the soil, rolling in grass. Nala is playful on her walk. Take care, friend.

Woohoo! I've been waiting for you to finally see them. Reminds me of one time when my sister and her husband were in Yellowstone National Park. The wanted to see a buffalo. They finally saw some about a mile off in a field. So, they hiked out there and took photos. They hiked back to their car and drove a very short distance ahead and the road was covered with 100's of bison.

wild in the Salish sea, not in an enclosed tiny play pool in San Diego. I follow our Southern Resident Orcas (endangered) so seeing even a few of them or the Transients (Bigg's) orcas is such a tremendous rush. Once I saw three newborns orcas in one afternoon. Woo Hoo!! Since it almost Spring maybe you will be lucky enough
to see some newborn calves. Fingers crossed for you!! (Stay safe - bison are not predictable, especially with "little" ones. Your friends put on quite the "spread" for you as my Swedish sheep raising grandpa would say. Good people!
