I would watch this Movie definitely makes a good movie.. you should get this written into a good script mate. There is actually a novel similar to this with a big cat, a Tiger.. its called ' A Tiger for Malgudi ' a story about a tiger in the jungles of south India who loses his family only to find a Sadhu, a holy man who understands and even talks to the big Cat, basically reveals the past life story of how the cat used to be a human in its past life.. while the sadhu adopts him and takes the big cat to the holy city at the end of it's life to attain liberation from the cycle of Life! Well that sounds like the story of every Indian sadhu 😂. But, the details of a tigers life is well captured by the authors imagination with all its antics.. But its still a human imagination. I had a neighbor that fed a stray cat. But it wasn’t his cat. He kept insisting “it’s not my cat.” So he always had food and water out for the cat. Not his cat. In the winter he had a heating pad under his welcome mat for this cat to keep warm. But He insisted that was not his cat. Then he named the cat. The cat that was not his. He loved the cat. But He insisted it was not his cat. At least a year past passed With him insisting it’s not his cat. 🐱

The same is true for babies 💖 they make your life and your meaning suddenly increase 1000 fold. All of a sudden you feel giant and to someone that will hopefully outlive you, you are the most important. And you get a chance to impact that little person's life and shape it 💖. It is the most amazing thing anyone could ever experience.

But if you choose not to be a parent then that's your choice and it's respected. But children never, ever, ruin your life. They can't simultaneously ruin it and make it a thousand times better. Before Nala, Dean was your typical guy. After Nala, Dean is amazing, rescuing animals all over the world, bringing humanity and animals closer together. Everything they do turns to gold. I'm addicted to them.
I was walking in my small town with my girl friend now my fiance and some friends to a local ice cream shop. While passing a car wash, I heard a kitting crying really loud. I couldn't let it go so I went to investigate the sound. This tiny tabby kitten ran to me trying to climb up my leg he was so small. I picked him up and noticed he was COVERED in fleas and just wanted to love on me. I told them all to go ahead, i'm taking it home. I took him home and bathed him in a little Dawn dish soap, for those that don't know it it is safe for pets and kills fleas on contact. Fast forward 3 years I still have " Street cat Eddie " and every time I come home up shoots his tail and he wants to love on me and welcome me home.
I've had this... two of them. I struggled to rescue them and put them in my cycling bags. Went to the nearest house a few miles down the road. Got told they were from one of their cats and get lost all the time, mostly they never see them again. I let them go.. very sad
Aqua I have wondered the same thing. He probably worked from a young age, saved enough money to do this for a couple of years and just went ahead and did it.

I used to think a human was to bond with a human. My Maine Coon, Cinnamon, bonded with me, and I with her, at first glance. Startled to FEEL that 'instant connection', that's when I learned she was my Soul Mate! Magnificent !!!

Everything happens for a reason. I think Dean needed someone to Love and so did Nala. They have collectively brought the world a lovely gift of friendship and belief in never knowing what is around the corner.
I brought a black kitten home who was following me. She looked at my husband and he looked at her, it was then that I was no longer the wife. I became her staff while she loved him. I didn't mind, she made him so happy and she was his first cat. She passed away about 8 years ago and he still hasn't recovered from his loss of Miss Mao.
A man who loves cats is something that's usually incredibly attractive to women because it tells them he doesn't feel the need to dominate and control - the polar opposite of a swaggering man with a status dog.

I discovered this pair about a year into their journey. It’s amazing how invested we’ve all become with watching them together. Getting an alert that there’s a new vlog can be the highlight of my day! 🧡
I discovered this story back in March and was so glad I did. Last summer, my cat that I had all through my teens, twenties, and married life needed to be put to sleep due to kidney failure. She loved me the way Nala loves Dean. She was my buddy when all my friends moved away or had babies. We cuddled every day, and she loved my husband from the moment I began dating him (she was timid around men). We both cried, and I took it very hard for many months. People weren't getting it. Seeing Dean and Nala made me feel so validated: that the love for my cat, the bond shared between us, the hard emotion from losing her is something they understand. Pets are not just pets to some people; they aren't just this thing we feed every day and can go days without having any real interaction with. They're family members.
Ur SO right... sweet peep - pat yrslf on the back for brilliant life u gave her... it's heart-rendering to put any animal down... if ur there stroking them to their last breath - peaceful death for them...it helps one in a strange comforting way - that to the last they knew no terror....am sure there's a big plan somehow... someday... when we'll all meet up with these 'family members' - each of my pets had a unique personality... dogs & cats... surely not for nothing they made such an impact in our lives... big hug to u for being wonderful owner and loving friend of yr cat. I don’t even know you and yet I feel like I’ve known you and your cat my entire life already. 😭😭😭😭 I love animals...I really love animals...having to put any of our buddies to sleep is always a big NOPE. I wish all animals could enjoy their sleep one last time without any pain at All, instead of having that euthanized crap going on to make it easier for them... Seriously imagine hanging out with your buddy one last time just watching them sleep As their still alive but they don’t feel Any pain whatsoever. Then they finally move on...I would prefer that way more than just putting them to sleep.
@@libra9633 its not 'just putting them to sleep' its doing whats best for your animal and not for you or your feelings. Ive had to make the very hard choice of putting my childhood cat to sleep because he was riddle with cancer but i was being selfish by thinking i couldnt live without him so i prolonged it until he was in so much pain and that guilt will never leave me. It took me years to even think about adopting another cat until i had my kids and knew it was time to move on and enjoy being a cat mum again..now we have 3 cats and i couldnt be happier. Ill never forget my boy and have pics and tell stories of him to my kids. You know when the dreaded time comes

@@theunreal1271 I think Chris was referring to cats being far more independent than say dogs. While of course the cat here had little real decision and no doubt bonded over being saved from the roadside, their otherwise independent nature and reaction to humans on the whole can imply or be interpreted that they only need us until cans of cat food can be opened with paws ;-) I know my cat saw me at times as a two legged can opener and litterbox emptier and of course butler when the front door was inconveniently closed.
Kind of an unrelated story but today I found a kitten in the motor of my car. Last night it rained all night, so the kitten must have gone there because it was warm. My neighbor heard crying coming from my car and yup, there was a kitten. It was really hard to take her out but we did. She's around 3-4 weeks old. I bathed her, because the poor thing was full of fleas and smelled like car grease. The water was black. I spent like 30 minutes removing all of her fleas. One of her eyes seems to have been infected because there was like dried discharge and her nose was plugged with boogies. She kept sneezing when I first got her but after her bath and heating her up with a heating pad she stopped. I couldn’t keep her but my neighbor decided to keep her because she wanted a friend for her current kitty. My neighbor took her to the vet today. I just feel so happy we were able to save that kitten and give it a forever home! UPDATE: She is around 2 months now and is growing strong and healthy! Her eye healed after she got the veterinary care she needed. She's getting along really well with my neighbor's cat and she's a very playful and curious kitten! :)
Emily G first off I'm so happy to that your neighbour heard it. Secondly I gotta say that I'm thankful to you for cleaning her and getting those pesky fleas off of her. You and your neighbour are hero's in my book.
I follow them on Instagram and they are so cute together. Nala always comes first, Dean buys her stuff like cozy transport bags to sit in, little umbrellas, so she sits in the shadow when they are driving, Nala has her own passport and and and. :-) And you can clearly see that they both love and adore each other to the moon and back!
When you think that going traveling around by yourself is a nice way to see things, and then fate says no, here is someone you should meet. The difference of seeing things by yourself, or seeing and sharing things with someone you love is a huge difference!
Accept for that brat stray that attacks and has wounded, including tearing off some skin on ones forehead, my cats! But, of corse not all strays are like that. All my cats were born from strays that decided to stay at my house. Had a in one litter we tried to find them all homes but couldn’t find a home for the last one. She was kinda like a stray who just lived with us. When we knew no one would take her we finally gave her a real name and she’s been very close to all of us ever since. She’s grumpy, but very sweet (But seriously that stray needs to go away we think it’s been killing chickens, some of them mine, in our area and fighting all the local cats. Why can’t the crazy cat lady take it in or something?)
Mike Hegarty my dads tried to shoot at it. Normally I’d want to protect it or relocate, but after all it’s done it should be put down. Only thing is, that my family is simply too busy working that we can barely keep up with keeping the house in order. We basically wake up, work all day, then go back to sleep. We don’t really have time to put up traps let alone take it somewhere else. Or afford to have someone else put it down. It’s mostly my cats that it attacks so the neighbors don’t do anything about it. I guess that if I asked the neighbors might help out? I should try that. Thx for getting me thinking on this!

I was walking in my small town with my girl friend now my fiance and some friends to a local ice cream shop. While passing a car wash, I heard a kitting crying really loud. I couldn't let it go so I went to investigate the sound. This tiny tabby kitten ran to me trying to climb up my leg he was so small. I picked him up and noticed he was COVERED in fleas and just wanted to love on me. I told them all to go ahead, i'm taking it home. I took him home and bathed him in a little Dawn dish soap, for those that don't know it it is safe for pets and kills fleas on contact. Fast forward 3 years I still have " Street cat Eddie " and every time I come home up shoots his tail and he wants to love on me and welcome me home.
I've had this... two of them. I struggled to rescue them and put them in my cycling bags. Went to the nearest house a few miles down the road. Got told they were from one of their cats and get lost all the time, mostly they never see them again. I let them go.. very sad
He's still on the road to this day. He's currently in Germany.
Now they are in Austria and Dean hurt his foot. They took a long break and now have rented a van.

I brought a black kitten home who was following me. She looked at my husband and he looked at her, it was then that I was no longer the wife. I became her staff while she loved him. I didn't mind, she made him so happy and she was his first cat. She passed away about 8 years ago and he still hasn't recovered from his loss of Miss Mao.

I discovered this story back in March and was so glad I did. Last summer, my cat that I had all through my teens, twenties, and married life needed to be put to sleep due to kidney failure. She loved me the way Nala loves Dean. She was my buddy when all my friends moved away or had babies. We cuddled every day, and she loved my husband from the moment I began dating him (she was timid around men). We both cried, and I took it very hard for many months. People weren't getting it. Seeing Dean and Nala made me feel so validated: that the love for my cat, the bond shared between us, the hard emotion from losing her is something they understand. Pets are not just pets to some people; they aren't just this thing we feed every day and can go days without having any real interaction with. They're family members.

Ive had to make the very hard choice of putting my childhood cat to sleep because he was riddle with cancer but i was being selfish by thinking i couldnt live without him so i prolonged it until he was in so much pain and that guilt will never leave me. It took me years to even think about adopting another cat until i had my kids and knew it was time to move on and enjoy being a cat mum again..now we have 3 cats and i couldnt be happier. Ill never forget my boy and have pics and tell stories of him to my kids. You know when the dreaded time comes

While of course the cat here had little real decision and no doubt bonded over being saved from the roadside, their otherwise independent nature and reaction to humans on the whole can imply or be interpreted that they only need us until cans of cat food can be opened with paws ;-)
I know my cat saw me at times as a two legged can opener and litterbox emptier and of course butler when the front door was inconveniently closed.

Kind of an unrelated story but today I found a kitten in the motor of my car. Last night it rained all night, so the kitten must have gone there because it was warm. My neighbor heard crying coming from my car and yup, there was a kitten. It was really hard to take her out but we did. She's around 3-4 weeks old. I bathed her, because the poor thing was full of fleas and smelled like car grease. The water was black. I spent like 30 minutes removing all of her fleas. One of her eyes seems to have been infected because there was like dried discharge and her nose was plugged with boogies. She kept sneezing when I first got her but after her bath and heating her up with a heating pad she stopped. I couldn’t keep her but my neighbor decided to keep her because she wanted a friend for her current kitty. My neighbor took her to the vet today. I just feel so happy we were able to save that kitten and give it a forever home!
UPDATE: She is around 2 months now and is growing strong and healthy! Her eye healed after she got the veterinary care she needed. She's getting along really well with my neighbor's cat and she's a very playful and curious kitten! :)

I follow them on Instagram and they are so cute together. Nala always comes first, Dean buys her stuff like cozy transport bags to sit in, little umbrellas, so she sits in the shadow when they are driving, Nala has her own passport and and and. :-)

That is so god damm cute. I love when a stray finds a caring soul to watch out and protect them. All strays deserve a forever home.
Accept for that brat stray that attacks and has wounded, including tearing off some skin on ones forehead, my cats! But, of corse not all strays are like that. All my cats were born from strays that decided to stay at my house.
Had a in one litter we tried to find them all homes but couldn’t find a home for the last one. She was kinda like a stray who just lived with us. When we knew no one would take her we finally gave her a real name and she’s been very close to all of us ever since. She’s grumpy, but very sweet
(But seriously that stray needs to go away we think it’s been killing chickens, some of them mine, in our area and fighting all the local cats. Why can’t the crazy cat lady take it in or something?)
Mike Hegarty my dads tried to shoot at it. Normally I’d want to protect it or relocate, but after all it’s done it should be put down.
Only thing is, that my family is simply too busy working that we can barely keep up with keeping the house in order. We basically wake up, work all day, then go back to sleep. We don’t really have time to put up traps let alone take it somewhere else. Or afford to have someone else put it down.
It’s mostly my cats that it attacks so the neighbors don’t do anything about it. I guess that if I asked the neighbors might help out? I should try that. Thx for getting me thinking on this!

This past October, I had a baby kitten show up at my back door. Needless to say I kept her, and she is the most loving, rambunctious cat. 💓🐱
She is just a cute little bundle of patience and understanding. She was fully aware she had adopted a project human xD
