The 6 rings are to supposed to be placed around and between the harnesses on the bar. It's meant to prevent any sliding of the harnesses to keep them in the right location at all times. That's why there's 6, assuming that you were installing a passenger harness as well.

put those ring things on the main bar,, put them on the edges of where you wrap the harnesses so the straps don’t slide back and fourth on the main bar. does that make sense?

So wait, you can't have the "trunk" in the 370 if you have a harness bar installed? That kind of sucks. This thing already has no travel space as a daily already let alone without the trunk insert

The small O fittings are for the straps from your harness to not move left from right on the bar. If I am clear enough.
