- Here's the recipe:
BLOODY MARY
2 oz. (60ml) Vodka
4 oz. (120ml) Tomato Juice
½ oz. (15ml) Lemon Juice
4 Dashes of Tabasco Sauce
4 Dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tsp Horseradish
Pinch Black Pepper
Pinch Salt
Celery
Bacon Strip
Shrimp
Olives
Lemon Wedge
Tajin
PREPARATION
1. In a highball glass combine vodka, lemon juice, tomato juice, tabasco sauce, worcestershire sauce, horseradish, black pepper and salt.
2. Pour mix back and forth into a second glass to combine well.
3. Rim edge of serving glass with lemon juice and tajin/salt mix.
4. Add ice, bloody mary mix and garnishes. Enjoy!

Sky, this is what I like. it's such a common drink and people might hate because you are doing a common drink instead of one you made up but I'm going to be honest with you, I think this is a great idea. a lot of people don't know how to make Bloody Marys from scratch. Plus you did it very well! In my opinion, you can keep doing these drinks

Based af recipe. A Bloody Mary is my favourite, favourite ever cocktail. I use celery or garlic salt, black pepper, no Tabasco, a little drop of beer and lemon juice. A good sub for Worcestershire Sauce is that Liquid Seasoning--there are a few brands but it gives the same sort of finish as Worcestershire. And recently I've been hitting it with a couple of drops of Blue Dragon Satay Sauce--you know the orange-coloured peanut joint?! Yeah, that! With the beer and lemon it makes one satisfying Bloody Mary! As long as it's mixed well it is FIRE.

I watched a few RUclips vids on how to make a slammin' Bloody Mary. I just love me some Bloody Mary. This man just hooked up a good one and this is certainly a great combination of ingredients. I have had a few in my day and I can tell you..... he has covered all the bases on this one. I never made them at home so I wanted to get an idea of what to buy so I do not miss anything. Great video Homeboy hahahhaha had a good laugh. Thank you!!

Finally a basic bloody mary. All these people on youtube just wreck this beautiful drink. I love your approach. Just hold the bacon and celery on mine and give me a five olive stick and im good to go. And after my bloody mary ill take some fried calamari and tarter with a super filthy vodka martini 3 olives please. Thats how to start a saturday morning just before i call in sick to work. Lol

If you are making them at home, it seems like every one of them is a little different, definitely a worthwhile Adventure! I cut recipe in half and toyed with Tabasco and Worcestershire amounts, the higher brands of tomato juice or even V8 juice definitely makes a big difference

All these college kids or non refined drinkers saying this drink is nasty. Im only 24 but ive dabbled in the art pf making drinks and what i can tell people is:dont knock it till you try it. Bloody marys are delicious on sunday brunch. Go to dc and you will be served phenomenal sunday brunch bloody marys. The only questionable part was the bacon. The rest was quite nice. I'd drink that with some scrambled eggs tippled with guac and salsa. Great drink my friend.

Gin and tonic and screwdriver you mix two ingredients, and garnish to your liking, you can also add cardamoms, coriander seeds (I think) and juniper to the gin and tonic look it up, it adds to the flavor in a subtle and nice way, plus a bloody mary is a pretty standard drink honestly
I never had a bloody mary with a slice of bacon in it and 2 shrimps on the rim of the glass or with sea salt and crushed red pepper on the rim. Looks good

Can I suggest you make a playlist specifically for new bartenders who are unsure how to make a basic drink someone might order? I work in a bar where we mostly sell beer but sometimes I have to google how to make a martini, Bert Reynolds etc.. I was hoping you could teach me a few basics :)

I love Tabasco Sauce, fresh tomatoes, in small amounts of vodka (usually with a Sprite or 7-Up). You would think I would love bloody Marys but I find them absolutely disgusting (I think it is the tomato juice). I know it is weird because I'll eat a tomato like an apple but drinking tomato juice somehow doesn't agree with me. However, this guy makes it sound good. I would definitely try it if he made it.

I just saw a variation of the Bloody Mary, where they substituted the Vodka with Saké. Personally, I think it's an interesting idea (and almost considering giving that a try) but what's your thoughts about it, Skyy?
