This is Jackfruit leaf idli. 40 years back when I was a boy, my mother taught me cooking. Every month we pluck the leaves from our garden based tree. This we continue till today. Then weave the leaves, put batter and steam it. Eat with Sambar or coconut chutney. It's good even with meen ghassi Or ghee roast or sukka. . All those food items you showed in the video are originated from east and west godavari district's in Andhra Pradesh The dhibba rotti is from palakol west godavari and the pottikallu idly(jack fruit leaves idly) is from ambajipeta easy godavari❤❤
We have similar recipes of Iddli in South Canera Udupi dustricts of Karnataka. We call it kotte kadubu(Iddli)or kottige & Biscuit Ambode. But, we prepare that containner with Jack Fruit leaves in better shape so that it can hold the batter without leakages
We indians are immune to this..... We saw how too much hygiene is also not good... We must sometime get exposed to these kind of food so that our immune system function well at harsh time
