There's no such food called Brahmin food. Brahmin means a person who study well and transfer knowledge to others. For example all the teachers and priests are Brahmins. Cook/chefs are not Brahmins. These people are selling something, it means they are called Vysyas. First learn about Sanatana Dharma and learn the 4 Varnas (classifications) in it.

This food looks good but is not good, you can see how much oil and ghee is used.Very dangerous for health.
Soo happy to have come across this. As an Indian from the south this is looks very traditional and healthy just like many south Indian food. Good job on following these methods and ingredients. Will definitely visit someday.

This is real and original khana.mitti ke bartan lakdi ke chulha serving on patte ki plate with cow ghee. Really amazing. Multygrain atte ki roti.our kya chahiye.bahut badhia.thank you.ek spoon mil jata to our Maja ata khane ka.
