We pay taxes dont we? Of course I own the road!
And one of the many reasons dashcams are a necessity these days
And it's the cammer a lot of the time

HudsonGTV did the right thing, he stayed true to his land, did not swerve, braked and hoped for the best. Had he had swerved it would have been a different story. Stay true to your lane, it'll keep you safe.

me add on to my comment as I was getting out the door for work.
What you are referring to is when cars meet at an intersection at the same time. Do take note that I had stopped well before the van had. By that, the first car to go and the one coming my way turning right would go as their paths don't overlap then followed by me then the van.
Going by what you are saying, the car in front of me would go then the van would, but since you are unaware of the traffic before this clip, which you could watch the original that is in the description, it seems like I would be cutting off the van. Do I have that right?
8:17 The reason for the stop sign is for people to stop and ensure the passage is clear. If you are unable to move forward because someone is turning in front of you and the passage is clear, he has every right to proceed ahead of you. What if there was a railroad crossing to his left that would impede you moving forward? Would you expect him to wait his turn? He wasn't even close to cutting you off. Grow up!
