Paradise island resort or Villa Nautica as its called now is NOT WORTH IT. From the water villa you will be able to see the backside of the adjacent resort with smoke coming from their kitchen or incenarator or something. As the villa nautica resort is very close to Male and on the route of water planes so during the day planes will keep on flying overhead and you will keep on hearing them. The corals near the water villas are dead and you can see them clearly when the tide is low. Also you cant swim near the beach villas as well as its the route for their supply boats. So from the beach villa also you cant have nice view.
Go to a resort which has a brand value Taj or Mariott or Hurawalhi or enjoy a local island (other than Maafushi or Male) like Dhigurah simply awesome beaches and surreal sunrise and sunsets ❤, as they are far more beautiful.
