The One EDP has no projection. It’s a lovely skin scent, but that’s it. Spicebomb Extreme, in the cold weather, is a beast.
The One EDP has close projection because its an EDP! It’s not like a EDT or is it so strong to the point where you can’t do more than 3 sprays. And the Spicebomb Extreme in the cold weather is for sure a beast

Spicebomb Extreme is the best (Fall and Winter) designer fragrance.
The one edp is one of the best colognes ever … works well here in the tropics .. draws compliments after compliment after compliment every time … Nam Jamaica
I’d say it would be a much harder choice if I had to choose between The One, Mugler Pure Havane, or Mugler Pure Tonka. All 3 are beautiful fall scents.
Spicebomb would be my favourite of these two but for Fall I would go The One based on being in the Spicebomb winter club
I have to go SBE because The One on me is a skin scent within seconds. Sbe is a beast and is just fantastic for hours.
Two fantastic fragrances... both have a place in my collection... but, if I had to chose I would go with Spice Bomb... love all the notes... top... middle and base... my winner: Spice Bomb

Fun competition. Nicely done. To my nose it's a question of do you like a biting oriental or a smooth slightly sweet one.
I can honestly say that I wouldn't choose any of the fragrances in the competition over Pure Havane. There is just something special about that frag and people go crazy over it. I even prefer PH over my fall/winter nich frags

The One EDP is better for fall because I think Spicebomb X is too strong for the autumn season. It’s very overpowering. I wear it when it’s freezing cold in winter only.

5.00 i think Spicebomb extreme works because of the spices and vanilla. Autumn is associated with pumpkin spice and apple pie, which apple pie usually has spices too. Nutmeg, cinnamon, things like that.

I like The One EDP but I love Pure Havan! I cant believe it lost out to The One😒to me Pure Havan last longer and projects better. I'm going with The One for the win, but I really feel like Spicebomb Extreme will prevail. This fragrance is on my radar so I guess it's time to buy it.

The original uomo is a beautiful fragrance
For me DHI and La Nuit de L'homme are far superior fall scents to SBE. I bought SBE based on how this was going and my wife got a headache and asked me to wash it off. No go for me!

The One Edp (bottle from 2019) - longevity 3-4h on skin, projection 30 min. Am I the only one who expected better performance? :(
Agreed. I've used aftershave with that kind of performance. Killer fragrance while it last.

Only my opinion on this but Valentino uomo for me is the best fragrance out the lot..it's light with every ingredient holding itself together to perfection..a designer iris fragrance done just right..Aaron Terrance Hughes has just done a review on it and i 100% agree with him

How fitting, I am wearing Spicebomb extreme as my sotd. Even if I wasn't, I'd still choose SBE over The one EDP. Now if we were talking about The One intense EDP, that would be a different story.

Spicebomb Extreme IS a better fragrance but I associate it more with Winter than Autumn.
Armani Code Absolu, Wanted by Night, One MIllion Lucky and Spicebomb EDT should have been included in this face off.

I'm firmly in the camp that says Spicebomb is a winter fragrance. It's not much of a problem until you do this for a winter fragrance and Spicebomb is missing in the list. Which on the face of it is a glaring omission. That being said if you do this again for a winter fragrance and TF's Noir Extreme isn't on the list I'm gonna ask questions.

I just tried wearing spice bomb fresh in the fall and honestly I like it better than spice bomb extreme for fall. Extreme can be for the winter

One edp is boring i also have the edt they are pretty identical,i don't get the hype over dolce and gabanna the one,at first sniff yeah it was one of my first bottles but now its the least i like
Well, two of the best Fall / Winter frangrances weren’t in this Match. Stronger with you (intensly) and Wanted by you are a must have in the list.
For me the ideal final is The One vs La Nuit, and the winner is La nuit De L'homme

DG:TO edp, SP:E is more of a Winter scent imho.
Souce Boinb beat stronger contenders definitely. I think Wanted by Night would take out Spice Bomb.
I know it's been a year since you posted, but Wanted by Night is an amazing scent. It is "Thanks Giving through Christmas." Really strong though so you have to be careful on the sprays if you are going to a house party. Have you tried Armaf Odyssey homme? Might be best dollars to quality available. Fall, Winter scent that is great in every way. Along with Versace Oud Noir and Versace Eros Flame, (big bottle of Flame, most versatile) you could easily take care of all your fall winter fragrance needs. Fun to have more choices but those would probably be enough. Be great 68.
So it's better that you yourself compare all those cz you are a fragrance reviewer and can remain neutral or partially neutral in these situations
