Dinky 2 bed 1 bath old craftsman homes are going for $1 million in North Park nowadays. Drastically inflated real estate.
Because the FED prints money out of nothing. Buy Bitcoin
Yeah I know I asked my Dad years ago he bought his home brand new close to Imperial Beach. In 1972 for $38 thousand. I told him how much to by a house in Coronado right down the Strand off course not beach views. He said probably another $20 thousand more. His Morgage was $285 dollars a month. My Dad passed my Mom is still their great neighborhood. 😂
Wow ! It sold for 23 million dollars back in 2005

“Uhhh… maybe a tennis court…” 😂
LMAO, coming from a guy that looks like he’s never stepped foot onto a tennis court. 🥸🎾
Anyone know the address of that $7.9m Fairbanks mansion? And $7.9 million for that in 1993 is absolutely insane even for that time and today.
yes! it's 17215 Camino de Montecillo. used to visit a friend at a (much smaller) house nearby and recognized it
The Gagosian mansion was demolished and a bigger, fancier home built on that lot.
Good, it was ugly
I`ll be happy living in a shanty house with my dear wife and kids.
lol is like freeze in time like in early 70s..interesting , but location & views is awesome
BUT i am pretty sure whoever buys it gonna do a meager remodel as cost in millions, inside & out everything design & looks is like half a century old

Umm… well then… 🤨😬
Nowadays, in present-day circumstances, I think Larry would be out of a job within 24 hours. 😅
That castle style mansion is def a no for me. It looks a sad museum. And its so true, to have to furnish all that space with that style?? Nope.
Now look at what 2 Million buys you yes not as extraordainare but still decent. But not like that..
A million dollars has been greatly devalued in our our lord 2024. That was a long time ago😀😀
I think if you move to the ghetto in 2024. The average home price is 1.3 million. Nothing spectacular. All built from Home Depot materials.
