I did this on the trolls south of Quitamordem. It's a multicombat area with only melee trolls, so you can just pray melee and kill them however you like. It's easy to get to with either the minecarts or Xeric's talisman.
ice trolls at the west bridge from neitiznot can be hit once each with range, and finished by the rapidly respawning warriors there who will help you greatly. this is also the easiest place to get a rune kiteshield or granite shield early game for all you btw brethren out there.
Please everyone, do not range or mage Mountain Trolls. They have extremely high range/mage defense compared to melee. If you cannot melee them they are not worth killing at lower levels. And since Death Plateau is not multi a cannon certainly isn't necessary, but it does help a bit. As for Ice Trolls, melee is solid, but also worthwhile to mention that they have no defensive stats in range or mage whatsoever, so that too can be an option. You can pray range and safespot behind those rocks along with a cannon and the task should be pretty simple.

Pray melee, kill female trolls when they spawn, and sometimes safespot/kite the melee'ers while the rangers are still alive (and pray range instead). Alchs, soulbearer, and herb sack so you don't have to bank, I think you actually more or less break even

You just need to have started fremmy isles to be able to get to the trolls, but literally all you have to do is talk to Mort (uh Gunnars? bad with last names) and then he tells you to go to Jatizo and talk to blah blah blah. Then you just completely ignore what he said and go kill trolls instead. Boom Bam Done and Done
should probably pray protect from missiles as melee is weak to range, so you're better off tanking the melee trolls instead. especially as the rangers can attack you from further away, so it's more likely that you'll be under fire from them for more of the task vs the melee trolls who have to be close to you before they can even agro you
You're wrong on the NMZ portion, just speaking out of experience, normal mode over hard and only arrg and dad. Ice troll king hits a lot and the difference between having 3 troll types and 2 isn't that big. The 3 others should be count dray, trapped soul, king/kendral. This is the afk method, you pretty much just use abs pots every 20min. Hard + ice troll make it a lot less afk and defeats the purpose of going to NMZ. Underated slayer method AF.

I think that's either a fighter torso or granite body. Idk my eyes are too trash, but if I were a gambling man. I would go with Fighter Torso from BA for the strength bonus. It's basically a budget bcp if you are willing to find a group to do Barbarian Assault with. Otherwise it's only a little bit cheaper to pay a clan to run you through it. They do usually have discounts for 2 people at a time if you have a friend.

Who is this guide for? Having 99s and using a multicannon is no challenge at all, Trolls are assigned as Slayer tasks from as low as 60 combat. That's the advice I was looking for. TBF all the other guides are as bad, assuming Divine Super Combat potions etc. Unhelpful.
I wont lie i watched till i seen the lvl 70 setup what a joke...Full Slayer Helm you doing slayer from lvl 3 CB? and fire cape so u are probly only Melee/Range not counting the cost to do fight caves fury/zerk mad expensive mabye try to make it a little more simple for the lvl 70 CB even Vets would struggle to get all that stuff on a 70. and the gloves i wont even get into that.
In All of these videos , u keep talking about slayer xp per hour. Honestly I shoulda just talked about the slayer exp per task 💀🤣 Cause by the hour just isn't realistic with slayer.
WYM? XP/hour is the relevant factor for how good the task is, not xp/task. If you have a task that gives 50k XP and takes half an hour, that is much better than a task that gives 60k XP and takes 2 hours. You can literally just calculate how much XP a task gives, slayer XP per kill times the number of kills, you don't need a video for that

I got to ice trolls with a cannon, guthans and a bone crusher necklace and AFK the task.
Don't need to eat or use prayer pots at all.

Add in the bone crusher for some slow n steady prayer xp. Plus it cleans up the bones in the drop piles which is nice when cannoning things.
I use bones to peaches so I don't have to use prayer pots

Even with a slaughter theyre still extremely fast task.
Their drops will pay for you cannonballs, sometimes if you get lucky you can profit.

Safe spotting at burthorpe doesn’t work anymore. They put roofs on the little buildings and it stops the safe spotting that is shown here.

The neitiznot shield will reduce the ranged damage to 1-2.

There is a bank on jatizzo, so it's not really far away like you mentioned a few times in the video. Very easy to bank.

if you have the house teleports just use the portal inside the house to go to lunar isle. The lunar isle teleport is over 7k right now
