I was actually able to see Al's Brain back in 2009 when it went to the Puyallup Fair! I was shocked to see that it had become lost media in the first place, especially since it was made by a person as famous as Weird Al. I believe my parents still had some official merchandise for the short until a couple of years ago, too. But I'm glad to see it's finally been found! I'll be sure to watch it again soon!
As who copied the stream i can suspect why Bryce dealted his video it was when i asked him why he deleted it he dealted his channel i was one of the first or the first to upload it
