I can’t believe how much of these pickups the manifolds break hemi engine mainly in the rust belt Cheap design small bolts get brittle and they just break the manifolds themselves can even warp and crack!
There needs to be a class action lawsuit for this! My '14 Ram 1500 is in the shop as a write for the 3rd time for leaking exhaust/ broken bolts. 1st time under warranty. DO NOT BUY A CHRYSLER PRODUCT! Oh and after I told my neighbor about the problem, he bought a used 1500. Guess what problem he still has after taking it to the shop to get fixed! 2 middle fingers to RAM. At 140K mi I had to rebuild the rear axle $1400. At 150K mi I had to have a new heater core put in $2500. 10 hours to pull the dash to fix it. Then they told me I needed a new AC pump because it locked up when they put the oil back. $1200. DO NOT BUY A CHRYSLER PRODUCT!
Sorry to hear I got 2014 250k no problems but the exhaust leak but I put after market on my passenger side alot strong then mopar.. now doing it on driver side love my dodge
2019 1500/ 65k miles. Did my passenger side manifold a year ago. My heater core went out last month but currently have it bypassed. Working on my driver side manifold today. Which, brought me to this video today. 2015 Grand Cherokee/ 85k miles: Currently in the shop. EGR cooler failed and sent oil through my cooling system. 2015 Cherokee/ 110k miles: (Daughters car) Currently in the shop. Needs new shifter. Been on back order for weeks. Do better DODGE!!!
Thanks for the video. Makes me glad I'm pretty much out of the field, and that I don't own a pickup!

I don’t remember what the cost was
Expensive as hell
Did you check for warpage of the exhaust manifold? That's typically what breaks the bolts.
Yes
I think broken exhaust manifold on Ford F150 V8’s is really common. Always the back ones.
