    I would like to say to all co sufferers out there to not give up on these videos. Find your frequency or the one closest and listen to it night after night after night after night, for me sometimes is a different one. i was literally crying while scrolling through the videos to find something to help me last night. My ringing today has become a quiet hissing noise that doesn't even bother me, after listening to the video for one night. I don't know the science behind it or if it suppose to happen, Dale is not promising anything like that, but it did. This result or better might happen to you as well. Also do not ignore possible sinus or nasal allergies that you might have. Keep pumping your prescribed nasal spray and let it do the work. Mind your neck and shoulder tension as well . There is light at the end of the tunnel!! We belong to a weird demographic that feels forgotten and taken advantage of considering the criminal prices for hearing aids and special treatments but we are in this together, it's great that we found one another and especially finding this man who offers this for free . Dale deserves an international recognition for his work.

      @@ctjbush7655everyone will be different, but here is what works for me. I start play with the volume at max and hold it close to my ear, so that this noise out-competes the tinnitus. I keep this position for around 10 seconds and then gradually reduce the volume on my phone, until the white noise is a quiet buzzing in the background. If the tinnitus starts up again, I know I've gone too far. So start this process again and not reduce the volume as much. It may take a few attempts but if this works for you, you will learn the levels that you need. 😊

    • @SjSujith
      @SjSujith Год назад

      It's about making sure you are not hearing the tinnitus sound so brain thinks it's not so important and it will gradually reduced the volume and even may stop you hear the tinnitus(it's a cure). Watch video by Dr vik veer in RUclips to understand more. Tinnitus can be cured.

    unfortunately, my version of tinnitus doesn’t actually ring, which would normally be a relief for most people, but instead i hear (and feel) a constant ticking/clicking sound that’s just as excruciating. my diagnoses are not giving me any answers, but we’ve came to the conclusion that it might be long term covid effects. in the meantime, these videos help drain out the ticking sound and give me some temporary relief while i sleep at night during my flareups :) this one’s my fav at the moment

    I like the idea of layering in other frequencies, my tinnitus sits in the 12-14kHz range and this mix of sounds works well. One thing you may enjoy experimenting with is adding layered beeping noises at different kHz as well (like in this video ruclips.net/video/nKo4jYDO9FQ/видео.html). I find those help me alot and the scientific rationale for it is it stimulates different regions of your audio cortex and kind of over stimulates it causing your brain to focus even less on the tinnitus. Something for you to consider if you read this. Thanks for the video, cheers from Canada.

    I have a hard time describing this. The longer I listen I start to hear almost a warble like an out of balance tire that’s slowing down. It seems to isolate the beeps and chirps in my head into a throbbing pulse instead of the random scattered static I thought I had. It’s actually very soothing but a little freaky

    I just discovered this channel and am trying the different levels, night by night, and actually also using when I wake up in the morning when my tinnitus also sounds at its loudest. Oner question….I have a large amount of hearing loss in one ear so actually get very little sound through the right side of my headphones and that’s also the side my tinnitus is the worst. Would it be good or bad to play these sounds directly into my hearing aids through Bluetooth??

    • @dalesnale

      There are methods to manage tinnitus such as what Dale is graciously providing. The number one reason for tinnitus is hearing loss or changes in hearing. Ear wax could be a reason, medications, and stress. Here in US, most ENT’s specialize in our issue start by hearing test. I am certain you could do that in Saudi Arabia. Hope this helps
