Install BlackArch on a high speed drive. If you used a flashdrive, chances are, it is intended for basic data storage. The only goal for running BlackArch on a flashdrive is to achieve persistence. In the real world, you would not do things this way.
Need help in your parrot os video 😢 I can't boot its toggles in to .squashfs errors can you put in detail video bios video recording?? Try/install or persistence??
Install tools from the BlackArch repo as you would for any other packages in Arch Linux. `pacman -S ` since its a repo like any other repo. NOTE: don't install all the tools because that is just insane, and you will sit with loads of conflicts and errors. You can't come up with a valid reason to do this unless you need to do malware analysis in a mountain cave (which is what the Full-ISO is intended for) or Air Gap environments.
This seems to be a common misconception with new Linux users. The slim-iso means, it comes with 50 popular tools preinstalled on the live environment and post-installation. You still have access to the BlackArch repo as you would on the Full-iso and netinstall. It is a repository like any other repo in your Arch Linux installation.
Yes, naturally you would run either the Slim iso (5GB) or the netinstall (800mb) The netinstall is similar to Arch Linux (which is a netinstall) and you install what you want.
@@4dxod No one should be installing the Full-ISO unless you are in Air Gap environments or dealing with forensics and malware analysis. you will use either the Slim-ISO if GUI is your thing, or netinstall to setup your environment however you want similar to Arch Linux. Or install Arch Linux and bootstrap the repo on to it.
i wish youtube was more like this… how to videos. Really nice work! easy and simple!

You can create multiple partitions on the flash drive assuming it’s big enough and install multiple systems as you would on any hard drive.
