I have been there at least 3 times. Each time got different menu designed by the chef using seasonal food. Great experience to watch the whole food making process in front. Wish to visit the restaurant again very soon.

    鱧の骨切りの音が心地いいですね。凄く繊細で丁寧な仕事ですね。お顔が見れないのが残念です😭

I hope that chef was tipped at least 30%. That man poured his heart and soul into his craft. You'd be lucky to get hot French fries here in America.

I... rather doubt it. From what I understand, there's no tipping in Japan...

@@Kenko706 no that I think about it , I've heard that before. I understand the logic behind it. But some of these chefs arent nearly as good as this one.
But I'd still say the worst Japanese chef rivals the best American chef.

Tipping only exists in the US and to a lesser degree in Canada. When you get paid enough, you don’t need to be tipped. Tipping might offend the chef because he might think that he is treated as someone who needs to rely on others instead of making one’s living with honest work.

@@parkkimlee1760 not true. Tipping exists in most countries, but in a lot of places the final bill already includes a tip by default.
