Deporting 10000 prisoners from other counties would make a big difference too. We're too busy paying for the rest of the world. I never signed up for this and neither did anyone else, it's our money ffs.

      I can't believe this is actually happening. How can the people who run a country think this is right. We're all struggling not a single penny should be leaving the country unless it's completely.       Done it already! It's even worse in Scotland. 40% kicks in at £42,000 it's rediculous. Oh BTW it's 42% here too. £75k gets you £52k after tax. State takes £23 k. No child benefit either.

      I think the same. Just act stupid, go to the doctors, if you can get an appointment, get diagnosed with some mental problem then sit back on benefits. A family down the road from me have 6 kids, never worked, and has just taken delivery of a 73 plate SUV.

      One of my closest friends who went onto benefits 2 years ago after they split up with their partner, is on her 2nd holiday of the year and another booked in for later in the year. UC more than my part time salary, child support and all housing paid for by the council (new build). She’s living the high life!
      There’s nothing wrong with her, she just doesn’t want to work as she doesn’t believe she should miss out on time with her two young children before they start school.
      I’m working to pay for this, hard to understand why I bother really because both my husband and I work and we can’t afford a single holiday this year. Makes me consider quitting and going on benefits too because as it stands we can’t afford to buy the house my mates just been given!

    I have just spent a harrowing weekend in Hospital with my youngest child . The nurse that originally dealt with us was fantastic. Nearly every other nurse i saw in the following 2 days spent the majority of their time sat down and were clinically obese

    I know a young man on PIP he spends loads on smoking, Tatoos, Take away junk food, Gambling and Gaming, he has so much money to waste and spends money like it means nothing, this needs to stop as there are millions like this out there. The NHS is broken with people from around the World useing it for free, if you havemt paid into the system you should have to have health insurance. Social Security should be to help people short term who need help and not a life style choice.Come to this Country as an illegal then you should be sent straight back with no chance of being allowed in, the key word is ILLEGAL.

    I’d like to know where this factory is. It’s taken me until I’m nearly 50 to earn £35 in a white collar job as a security analyst. That’s the going rate in our shithole low wage country. Wages have stagnated since the financial crash in 2008 and now we’re being taxed to death while importing millions of immigrants to suppress wages further. Labour and the conservatives are the uniparty of managed decline.

I was self employed for 7 years and you get nothing, no benefits, holidays, etc. If you don't work you don't get paid. A lot of public sector jobs are a waste of time as well, just money down the drain.

    It is true that the NHS staff can’t be sacked and this is the first time I’ve heard this said out loud. I work in the NHSand there are many staff who are very poor performers but are protected by the HR and employment law.
