Sounds great! I have been a fan of 6.2 since my parents bought an 83 suburban with one in 1987. Still have the truck. Great engine.

Wow! A built-in (although expensive) anchor! Don't forget to keep a cherry picker on board to deploy this anchor (and a set of oars so you can row back to the dock)!! The only thing GM did right with this engine was to make it so a small block Chevy would drop right in! Exhaust manifolds from a pickup bolted right to the exhaust pipes, the motor mounts lined up, bellhousing was the same, the fuel lines on the frame connected directly to the fuel pump, the hot wire from the Diesel injection pump plugged right into the gas distributor, and so on. I converted a lot of them back in the day!! It was as easy as swapping a gas Olds engine in place of the 350 Diesel.

Big engine for the hp you get out of them but they are an honest reliable unit. Biggest things Ive found with them is to use Bosch nozzles NOT made anywhere else but Germany or the Swiss made ones. Ive fitted and had to remove the others because they are useless when Ive tested them. Plus fit twin wire glow-plugs that heat up quicker and dont swell inside the head if and when they do blow like standard units, they just fail so allowing them to unscrew right out. That and if rebuilding one of these engines the deck heights of all 8 of the pistons vary terribly from the factory. Get them sorted and they are a totally different sounding ( as in quieter) and running ( smoother) engine esp for marine use.

What electroworm nest is on top of that under powered over weight, but great mileage engine?
